This is just a stand for steering wheel/pedals & gear stick. Fits various Logitech/Fanatec & thrustmaster sets.

Does this come with the seat frame? i already have a gt omega pro gaming chair and need to know it this racing frame comes with seat attachments.

No it is just the stand and the necessary nuts and bolts for whatever wheel you would be attaching. In the UK racing frame is roughly £75 on their website.

Does it fit thrustmaster t3pm - magnetic 3 pedals set

I believe its the same base as the standard thrustmaster peddles, so I'm going with yes
