I bought these hoping they'd help the pain in my leg and knee. There are no directions as to which side should go against the foot. You just have to guess. The little plastic points that stick up hurt my feet, rather than relieve the pain. I don't think the magnets did anything to help. I tried them for about 2 months, putting up with the pain they caused in my feet. I thought things might gradually get better. I'm a big believer in acupressure and magnet therapy. But after 2 months of putting up with the additional pain, I stopped using them. They never did make the pain go away, and added additional pain with the pointy things sticking in my feet. The magnets felt like I was walking on marbles. So, all they did was add to the pain I was already having.

AMAZING!!! Painful to wear at first but I put them under my insole first until I got used to that for a couple of weeks then pulled them out to have direct foot contact. I can't believe that I'm pain free now. I almost paid $1500 for a Good Feet system and all it took was this $7 purchase.

Cheap and not all magnets are imbedded well enough. I used for a while and it did not seem to help.

I have neuropathy in my feet and this was just painful for me. I am sure someone with good feet, it may be the best thing

These are supposed to relieve back pain, but the don't work. They hurt my feet so bad, I can't use them. It feels like I'm walking on rocks.

My feet used to throb at night and keep me up. I can go to sleep without foot pain now. You get used to them, after about 20 minutes. Don't give up. After a few days, you don't notice them. I feel I am walking taller and straighter. They are great for overall health. I have bought them as gifts, as well. They are easy to trim.

First of all it says that you can cut it to fit your shoe size and I was lucky as i wear a 9 1/2 med andit fit perfectly. Last year my feet were swollen and I wore a size 10 W. They would have not berenbig enough. Then, too, they are kind of prickly feeling on your feet, not at all comfortable. I haveonly used them for two weeks, but don't think I will order more.
