6" Collectible Retro Burgertime Micro Player (Electronic Games)

Small, entertaining and a good party piece and icebreaker at parties. Now need to complete the set. I have 8 of the first set plus one of the premium my arcade cabs (space invaders). These are a good little piece of history done in a retro style which appealed to me

Hilarious noisy arcade machine, plus challenging . Bought for my sisters birthday due to her missing the C64 port.

Besides this being an NES rom, it plays a bit awkwardly with the stick - this can be make or break if you're used to playing BT with decent controls as you HAVE to be able to move from those ladders easily. I've found this sadly to be the least playable MyArcade I have. Another problem with this device (I had this problem with several units) is that it might not work with batteries (must be poor quality control at the factory), so buyer beware.

Hi folks! Picked up Burgetime and Mappy in the Game Jan Sale and here are my thoughts ... I had been tempted by Burgertime for a while, so upon finding it at a saving I had to have it. These games are the NES versions ... Burgertime is quite fussy on it's turns and when you when you want go up ladders. As such it's quite a tough game in this form. Only played mine for about 20mins. For that reason I don't think i'll play this much if at all! It's nicely done with it's looks and I have good memories of the game. But It's probably wasted money if we are honest. For that reason i'd give it 5/10. Mappy plays much better imo and for that reason it will get a better rating from me... I'd give Mappy a 7.5/10. I'll definitely play it more. Aside from the roms used the only other duff thing is that hi scores are not retained If you are tempted by this range, I'd say dip your toe in with just one and see what you think. They look pretty cool. But really they should do a bit more imo to justify been added to a collection. Also, as we see more and more of this kind of thing with the passing of time, hopefully we will begin to see true arcade Roms being used at some point soon. That would radically up the desirability of these sorts of handhelds for lot's of us.

Tenemos aquí una máquina arcade con pantalla a todo color de 2.75 pulgadas, en los laterales nos encontramos ilustraciones muy simpáticas y animadas sobre la temática del juego, en este caso "Burguer Time", el joystick que lleva es extraible, y quedaría para jugar solo con la cruceta, asi es más adaptable para todos los jugadores. Tiene control de volumen en la parte traera, así como toma de jack por si deseas enchufar unos auriculares para no molestar. Puedes conectarla con tu cargador de movil o con 4 pilas AA, que no se incluyen. En definitiva, una máquina retro aceptable, para aquellos que quieran no gastar demasiado y tener un pedazito del pasado en la estantería.

Collection and Display

I really love it! The classic shape and how accurate the game is. And I really don't mind the small screen, I think it works just fine. I appreciate the little rubber bumpers on the bottom to keep it from moving around on a flat surface. The sound is clear and can be turned down or put headphones in. I plan to get an actual game console in bigger form down the line but for now this reasonably priced game is working great for me until then.
