Sturdy one and useful to do light exercises to loosen the knee joints.

First of all, this meant for the elderly, physically challenged and people recovering from accident or surgery and not for regular people, they have not mentioned that. As you can see in the picture, the frame is crooked and as a result of that the frame doesn't sit flat on the floor and wobbles. The seller/manufacturer has not given enough screws to mount the pedal onto the frame. The resistance knob does not work, tighten them as much as you want but they won't provide any resistance at all. They have only given 4 small screws for connecting the stand to the frame, but no screws for connecting the pedals to frame. I would recommend that you don't waste time buying this online, you will get the same in your local market and you can test it. You can get it for cheaper. Trust me, don't buy this online, it is far more inconvenient than buying it from the market.

The media could not be loaded.  Perfect for home cycling excercise.... My teenage son also like it.... If u keep it under study table, unknowingly they do excercise as fun with study.Find good for me as well ...use while watching tv.Just take a chair of comfortable height & start. ( It matters a lot so don't sit on a low level seat )Easy to assamble in just 5 minutes.Its just like ....what I was expecting.Hope parts r durable enough for long use.I m satisfied with product & amazon delivery so posted this customer's review.
