Great Study, Highly recommend it.
We just finished this study with our morning Women's group. I am one of the leaders so I worked through it each week at home first, but the ladies liked working through it in class. It was easy to lead and easy to follow. I really like Kay Arthur's approach in really breaking down who wrote it, who is it written to and how can we apply it to our daily lives. I also like how she breaks down what words mean and how they are used. The questions led into great discussions. Most of us in our group have been believers for many years. At first I thought maybe this study was too easy and geared more towards new believers, but I had a check in my spirit that I was wrong on that. We all thought it was just what we needed. We will probably do more of these after our summer break.

Such a good way to learn God's Word!
Love the way she helps you dig into who you are in Christ and the power to do so, while also being very clear on what enables us to know who is and is not His. The fruit of our lives tells whose we are. The Gospel is for us all. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the questions are so confusing that it made it hard to present this new method of Bible study to my small group study. Maybe proofing it with a person who has never seen it before might help weed out presumptive or confusing questions. Open-ended questions in the wrap up might also help to deepen the application of the truths learned. Such a good way to learn God's Word!

Bible Study Light
We enjoy Precept Upon Precept Bible studies as a group. This particular study was chosen at the request of someone in a group for someone who wanted an easier study (less homework). I am really struggling with how little homework there is. I can't wait to go back to a deeper study. In fact, my kids love their study (Precepts "Discover4Yourself" Inductive Bible studies) because it causes them to dig deeper to unearth the truth, wisdom and to do the necessary cross-referencing and plumbing the depths of Scripture so that they can grown in their faith and obedience. In other words, the children's study goes much deeper than this book! :-( If you are planning on using this study with new believers, it would be very appropriate. Otherwise, this may be too "light" --- even for a "lighter homework study".

Walking the Talk
A very good book for discussion of discoveries made on the book of Ephesians.Could see the value of perhaps more notes, background and definitions.Would also be good to have the chapter typed out in one place vs.spread across the pages for an overall view.
