Absolutely brilliant. I purchased for myself as I go beach fishing a couple of times a week through the early hours & need a reliable head torch.This ticked all the boxes as to what I required.My favourite thing about this is the fact I can just wave my hand & the torch comes on - how brilliant is that!This feature alone makes my evenings easier, so much easier.I mean I don't have to put my rod down, I don't have to to stop doing anything because a simple hand gesture turns the torch on.It lasts all night from high tide to low tide. From PM to AM.The torch is bright enough for me to see everything I need.Charging is a simple USB & the initial charge was 8 hours.I've recommended this to my mate who was well impressed.

Nice head torch, quite comfortable, pretty bright but not sure its 5000lm but bright enough for working on maintenance/lofts/cupboards etc.Battery is powerful and thankfully lasts a long time as i like to work in the light and use it for hours at a time. Previous torches have lighter batteries but they dont last as long so putting up with the bigger batteries on this is worth it for me.Good light, comfortable, long battery life probably an overnight charger as its just a micro usb which is good cause I have lots of them.

It's a bit fiddly for me on/off button's on wrong side, very good brightness & zoom.its a fair price for what you get.happy with item

Bought as a gift for my partner, who firstly can never find a torch when needed, then tries to hold his phone using the torch and getting underneath something, and cursing... With this he could obviously put it on his head, or wrap it round his wrist or hang it from something if necessary. He didn't realise it could zoom the beam, which is handy. It is super bright, just don't stare at it when you turn it on or at any time really, else you'll be seeing spots!

Update: Just received it. First impression it looks and feels sturdy and just the job for me working under my camper at the moment .Extremely bright for a head torch. I particularly like the Zoom and the ability to be able to switch off and on with just the wave of a hand - seems to work efficiently. Even the LED on the back for charge level indicator is bright!The only weakness I can see are the tabs, covering the power in and out, are a little delicate. That won't be a problem - just treat that part with care.

This headlamp is probably the best you can get for under £20. I've had a lot and none last as long. I fully charged it up and am now into the 9th hour on full beam and it still has three of the four battery indicators lit. I asume it will do at least another nine hours and probably more. I was going to swap the three batteries that came with it for my own genuine full capacity ones as they usually come with low capacity cheap ones in these things. I didn't and am glad as the batteries must be of good guality. I can honestly recommend this for all sorts. It's matbe not as bright as i thought but for sea fishing off rocks at night this will be ideal. Also be ideal for any tradesem, diy, mechanic etc. Also no need to take batteries out, simply connect the usb that is supplied. Great item. I will update on how long the batteries lasted on full beam so you get an idea.

A perfect round beam. I don't think it's as bright as advertised. However I loved the light. Still brightFeels heavy on my head.Motion sensor works.I kept bumping the light when bending down to deliver post in the letter boxes near the floor.I say you could use this for about 9 hours constantly before charging. This was tested by myself.A great little backup for your car, backpack or like me a hands free light when posting.

the light has a good cree bulb ,you can not take the batteries out , the usb charger on the light has come in handy a couple times ,, the sensor is a bit iffy a mind of ofits own off and on ,,, only works on high beam, but still useful,especially if u are trying to conserve power,,one thing on these types of lamp the lens cover comes loose very easy so a drop of glue stops it falling off,, i usually like lamps that take AA battery ,, so u can can change batteries ,, but so far havent come close to dead batteries ,, this is my second one i crushed the first one with my car ,,with a bit of soldering ,wounded ,it still works
