Using after knee surgery
This compression device comes with a left and right leg wrap. We are using it after my husband's knee surgery to promote blood flow and reduce the chance of blood clots.

Works great!
I have been using this product for 9 months. Had a double knee replacement so I used for several months daily. I currently use them when traveling by car or plane. They are amazing. I have not had any issues with Velcro. The engine noise on the plane drowns out the noise of cuffs. I was given these after surgery by surgeon, so I didn’t have to pay for them. I will definitely replace them when they fail. I can currently use them for over 6 hours before needing to recharge.

Poor quality
I recently had a hip replacement and purchased these to help prevent a DVT during recovery. The heavy box where the inflator mechanism is located makes it nearly impossible to wear them while doing any PT activities which are frequent after a hip replacement. It is difficult to get them around your legs properly and they loosen constantly. Now one of the boxes is coming loose from the fabric, which is an extremely flimsy flannel type, possibly a microfiber.Perhaps these are ideal for a bed bound post surgical patient, but for anyone with a joint replacement which necessitates frequent movement, they are absolute junk for a $200 expense!

Overpriced.
They do the job--I guess. I didn't get a blood clot after my surgery, but who knows if these things contributed to that outcome or not. At any rate, Venapro should be absolutely ashamed of what they charge for them. Maybe they'll last a long time, but I doubt it. Compared to other types of things I can buy for $300--large appliances, bikes, furniture, power tools--these are a real ripoff. It's not like there's a lot of delicate engineering going on here. I got mine used, but even at almost 50% of retail, they were still ridiculously over priced. They work for a few hours before you have to recharge them, and I'm guessing the Velcro won't last terribly long. The fabric is also pretty flimsy.

Purchased new received used.
I recieved a defective unit so I return and receive a new one. The second one was a used item and the power cord I received for the unit belonged to a Shark Vacuum. Poor quality control.

It didn’t come with the charging cord
I bought it for a friend that had surgery. She couldn’t use it because there was no cord to charge it.
