Product is good but packaging was filthy! And 2 or the corners were broken

These little add-on steps are rubbish. Each tread should have 4 wee plastic corner studs to locate it on the base and keep it steady and both the treads I bought had a stud broken off, so useless.I can’t be bothered to send them back and they’ll end up on the council tip - a lesson to me to be more careful where I shop.

Bought the Gordon Ellis grab handles which are excellent. The step too does not disappoint

I am very pleased with this step.The grips make it very safe to use.Could do with selling some extra risers seperately, if needed.

I ordered this bath step for my mother for Christmas because she struggles with her disabilities.A parcel came, it was in a box that was for a bath seat. Inside of it I had a bit of plastic (presuming the bottom half of the step). That's all that was in it.Very dissapointed, because this is what she asked for, and instead I have a bit of plastic

Do not purchase this item.It arrived as just a bit of plastic. no use . My poor 95 year old Mother needed it to get in my car.Sadly I could not take her out today and I will look elsewhere to purchase a step.

This is actually an additional part of a whole step. The title is misleading. As another reviewer said they received only one step. The actual unit needs to be bought separately.
