I never take it off, and I bathe in it twice per day. Same goes for the male person I gave the larger bracelet to. He's surprised it's still strong and not wearing down. These bracelets were definitely worth the value. The picture of the bracelet is 6 month's or more of me wearing it everyday & that's showering, to work, swimming, you name it the bracelet doesn't come off. My husband wears the other one & he's got pretty big wrist & he was able to get it on easy. I would order these again.
