UTG Super Slim RDM20 Absolute Co-Witness Mount, Black

Took a risk and it paid off. Works with the vortex venom red dot. Now hopefully it holds zero.

i bought this for my vortex venom after seeing the $70 vortex riser mount. just couldn't bring myself to spend that much on another logo. i was not expecting much for $17 but my expectations were surpassed two or three times over. the red dot mounts easily and firmly with no wobble whatsoever even before screwing it down (use blue loctite on the top screws). machining is top notch and the coating is a very even matte black. pic rail slots have almost no play contrary to other mounting systems and the rail screws are threaded very well so i assume they wont come loose. if they ever do, blue loktite.

I have never beleived that UTG built quality products. Apparently since the last time I handled one of their products, they have really improved the quality and functionality in many products. I purchased this with very low expectations at the price point it was listed for an Eotech MRDS I forgot I had. I was surprised at the quality and sturdiness of this mount and would say it rivals mounts at 4 times the price. It also perfectly co-witnessed on my magpul flip up sights.

will fit Votex Viper perfectly, with no movement at all, at top of mounting area.and has a perfect co-witness.down side had to file down grooves that line up with slots at top of picantny rail had to file each one slightly, to make it fit.made it work, over all great product would recommend.

So I mounted it on an AK-47. AK sights are very low so you cannot co-witness unless you get a micro RDS and it's corresponding mount. The awesome thing about this mount is even though you still cannot co-witness with it, it actually has a space in the mount where you can see the iron sights. How awesome is that?

This product is Falsely advertised as a 45ﾟ offset mount Which it is not do not purchase.

Only leaving one star because in the pictures a 45 degree offset mount is shown and when I received the item it was a riser mount instead.

Exactly what I wanted, a co-witness that will work with my vortex viper on an AR pistol. Great price, quality product. Came with hardware and even a few extra and the torx keys to install it. Looks great. Thanks

Took a chance on this sight mount. It’s very well constructed, clean mounting - solid and slim little unit. It paired perfectly with a Cabelas Red Dot Reflex Sight. UTG has produced some excellent products as of late.
