I usually a cough in the morning, I take a teaspoon and it helps calm it

I've been using this product for quite a while and its very effective. Take a few drops down the back of your throat daily or twice a day for health benefits. I mainly take it to prevent/rid mucus and colds/flus. Really helps your immme system. If I feel a tingle I take it and my sypmtoms disappear. You can take it when u feel congestion coming on or even when you are fine but know that you are going to be around large crowds and/or have a busy time. My issue is the product suddenly changed (as with most things I love) and its tastes and smells nasty and completely different now. I'm not sure why they changed it or maybe I got a bad one I dont know. So its making it harder for me to take it but I still am just less frequently. Also the price has gone up quite a bit. I used to pay $14 and now its $20. To go up in price and have worse quality is not a good look. Lets hope it works just as well.

This black seed oil is actually pretty good. I will purchase again. Energy level was up, I was never a fan of the smell nor the taste but sometimes be the best for you I even use it on my skin no irritations. So yes I will be purchasing again

This smells and tastes like something you should not be ingesting, like shoe polish to be precise! Very pungent. On the other hand very good on the skin

I have used good quality black seed oils before and they didn’t smell like this one. Very strong, overpowering chemical smell like gasoline or diesel. Won’t be purchasing again.
