I worked in the Kitchen over 4 years. I had different toaster in my kitchen for many years. There are nothing that can compare to this one. This one is easy to clean, fast toast and it has nice appearance. I def would recommended this toaster to everyone. Overall, this is a great toaster!!!

I was in the market for a new toaster since the one I was using no longer toasted anything evenly. I read some of the reviews on this toaster and decided to give it a shot. I should have listened to the reviewers who had the same experience as me. This toaster is a piece of junk. I received the first one, tried to toast some waffles. Used the defroster and set it to 5. The edges of the waffle came out burnt, one side was toasted and the other side was untouched. Tried it again without defrost. Tried it again and still the same result. The coils on the inside were not heating up equally as the outer coils. I decided I'd give them another chance to send a model that worked correctly. I received it yesterday. This unit is worse than the previous one! I'm returning both of them and shopping for another brand. If you want to deal with a headache (oh yeah be sure to do a few dry runs on toasting things otherwise your food will taste like burnt plastic) then go ahead and purchase this. If you want evenly toasted bread/waffles etc then look elsewhere. Hope this helps someone else.

It was way past time to retire my white GE toaster. She was a good toaster and never failed me, but it stood out like a sore thumb among all the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen so it was time for it to go.Most of the reasonably priced stainless steel toasters that I looked at had some degree of plastic incorporated into the body, which cheapened the look. I settled on this toaster as the front and sides were stainless steel and the controls were not overly complicated. (I read manuals all the time when working on vehicles, I don't want to read a manual to learn how to heat a bagel.)Once in and unpacked it looked as sharp as the seller's pictures so I was pleased. The crumb tray is hidden in the back which is nice. And, there is an area underneath the toaster to wrap and store the extra cord, so less clutter on the counter.Before using the toaster I wiped it down with a moist soft cloth as per the manual. I then plugged it in and.... nothing. At first I thought the toaster was broken, then realized the LED display does not come on until the loading lever is lowered. (Another plus as I don't need yet another LED glowing constantly in my house and eating electricity.)Operating the toaster is easy as there are only 3 buttons (1 being a cancel button) and a selector knob. To use just lower the loading lever and the toaster is automatically in "Toast" mode and your last preset toastiness (fake word) level is set and a timer countdown starts. You can also select "Defrost" or "Bagel" and change toasting level, or hit "Cancel" to uh.. cancel.The few pieces of toast I have toasted so far have toasted evenly on both sides. (I peeked at the heating coils and they are well spaced and seem to heat evenly.)So far I am very pleased with the looks and the operation of this toaster, hopefully it lasts as long as the GE it is replacing. I added a few pictures that the seller didn't show including the ♦️crumb tray, ♦️cord storage on the bottom, and the♦️heating coils when red hot.

I love the look of the stainless steal and how well it matches my other kitchen appliances. I also love the fancy digital display and how it counts down. The only downside is the toasting is not even. When I first used this to toast a slice of bread one side was darker than the other. I tried it again the next day, thinking maybe the toaster just had to break in a bit, but it still toasts unevenly. I was contemplating returning it, but then I had another idea.My solution to this was to simply flip it. So the next morning I put my bread in at a setting of 2, flipped it, and put it back in at a setting of 1. The photo you see attached is the result of this. It is perfect and has a nice crunch that my old toaster was never able to accomplish. Would it be nice to not have to flip halfway through? Of course, but at the same time I do not mind it much. I've done it for years with my old toasters as well. I always flip halfway through for a more even toasting. Nontheless, I had to knock off a star because it's not perfect. A perfect toaster toasts evenly without having to flip. This was does not, so it gets 4 stars from me.So overall, it's a very nice toaster if you don't mind flipping it halfway through.

I usually like to shop for a toaster in person because you can never really get a good look at the product on the internet. My first look at this toaster I feel in love with it. I loved the wife slots and the fact that the timer was there to count down the time left. I had to buy this toaster last minute due to the fact my toaster died on me. I feel so lost without a toaster I use it pretty much everyday. I was able to get this one delivered the sameday and had it plugged up and ready to use by the following monning. It toasts evenly and has all the setting needed on a great toaster. I would recommend and purchase again if I need a toaster at the last minute or need a larger one seeing that they offer a 4 slice option.

Literally 8 days after the 30 day return policy and it completely dies... we have used it a total of maybe 6 times. I'm searching and hoping that the is a manufacturers warranty. I'm so annoyed by this. I normally don't leave many reviews let alone bad ones but this is so ridiculous and the fact that we have just barely missed the return window just adds to the frustration.

Toasts bread quickly and evenly on one side. The inside side of the bread toasts a little more than the outside part. My only complaint is that I thought the toaster would remember the last setting, but it doesn't. It resets to 8 and I have to adjust each time. Not a huge deal, but something you have to remember.
