Doesn't Really Do Anything
I've been using this product on & off for about 2 years now. I don't really notice any health benefits or any of the purported effects, such as "increased energy", "enhanced focus", "increased libido", etc. At this point, I just use it because I got used to it, and this is a way to pack a whole bunch of vitamins into one on the go. I do hate having to swallow these pills though, as they're so damn hard to swallow, even when breaking them in half (which is what I do). Other than that, no complaints.
