Allmax makes great supplements. i’ve been using isoflex for a few years now. tastes great and it’s one of the best proteins ingredient wise on the market. this casein is no different. worth the price.

Exceeds my expectations thus far, its helped me reduce insulin spikes and keep me full through my sleep cycles so I'm not waking up in three middle of the night craving. I usually don’t write reviews but HAD to for this one. I don’t like casein for its texture, but I still have it for the muscle building benefits. This casein is almost the same texture as whey!! Love it! Perfect for my evening proats 😋

This item was sent to me opened and unsafe to take if tampered with. Was not eligible for refund or return. What a waist of my $… very unhappy with this purchase. Will never buy again.

Mixes good

Product tastes great. I'm not sure why there's so many complaints on it not mixing well. I use a blender bottle and it always mixes smooth.

I’ve been using this mainly for baking and it’s been great — works really well in protein pancakes, muffins, or mixed into oats. Adds a nice chocolate flavor and a good texture once cooked or mixed into thicker recipes. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for regular shakes. I tried mixing it with milk and it came out pretty grainy and sandy, no matter how much I shook it. Not the smoothest drinking experience.

Casien. Slow digestive high quality protien. Does it work? Ontop of training like a lunatic and diet with recovery.. couldn't hurt. Taste, no where as good as Whey, doesn't mix as well. Shake the st out of it, you'll be fine, sunshine.

Much thicker than whey isolate and really chalky taste as others said. Got the chocolate. Wanted to try the casein for overnight protein. Sticking to whey isolate during the day and after workout. Mixed with milk and also with water another time. Went down better with milk. I’ve had worse so it’s not 1 or 2 stars. I’ll still finish the tub but not sure if I’ll continue with this brand. Most probably still use casein as an overnight protein but maybe just jot this brand. If all casein proteins taste chalky I will probably revise the rating to more stars but definitely not 5 stars. I’ve purchased Almax products before so I know they have pretty good stuff out there.
