The mattress arrived on time, I was given a 2 hour window and one hour before the driver rang me and told me what time to expect him with the delivery. The Silent Night mattress was double wrapped in polythene and on inspection everything was spot on, nice and clean and in perfect condition. Some people have said it is too firm but we think it is very supportive and the pillow top just adds extra softness so we think it's just right. I would highly recommend Mattress Online for their prompt delivery, goods were cared for in transit, plus very competitive prices. Would I buy from this company again? Now that's a big big YES!

This mattress is very comfortable and supportive. It is delivered ready to go on the bed not rolled up and is lighter than the 10 year old Silentnight mattress it replaced so it is fairly easy to maneuver for a 5ft. The mattress feels firm to sleep on but the pillow top is really comfortable and soft. If it lasts half as well as my previous Silentnight mattress I will be satisfied, this is exceptionally good value for the price and I would recommend it to anybody who wants a firm but comfortable nights sleep.

Ordered medium firm it's like a rock and of course as soon as you remove the plastic packaging it can't be sent back. Iv had many family members tell me that it's no way medium . I brought a 4cm silent night topper made no difference at all. Then had to buy 3" memory foam topper now we can actually sleep on it without being in pai n ..so our £315 bargain ended up costing £530 don't make our mistake go to a shop and try them out ..

Brilliant mattress I've had problems sleeping this new mattress has solved the problem
