It really worked!! (after 2 applications)
This is my new favourite product!! I live in a fairly old house and the bath plughole occasionally gets blocked and becomes very slow running. There's no way I could get one of those drain snakes down there so I usually resort to one of those evil plughole unblockers from the supermarket with a label on the back saying "Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects" alongside a symbol of a dead-fish, which makes me feel incredibly guilty. (And sometimes Bi-carb and white vinegar just doesn't work!)However I googled for alternatives and found this. You're supposed to leave it for 12 to 24 hours. It contains 2 applications so I did the first for 12 hours, with no noticeable effect. I did it again straight away and left it for 24. The blockage is now gone and has stayed away. With a less chemically toxic product I'm happy to wait a little longer for a good result. I'm pretty sure my blockages are just hair and soap so this biological solution is really all I needed.

Worked as desribed and with no acid/alkali required
2.5 year old new build with women and long hair equated to a slow draining/blocked bath drain hole. Not wanting to use chemicals, I found this. Instructions are clear. 2L of warm water followed by half of the above bottle, leave for 12-24 hours and then follow through with another 2L of warm water. We left if for the full 24 hours and the blockage was completely resolved.Do note that there are various versions inc. a kitchen sink drainer more suited to greasy residues. Work out what your problem is and use the correct version. This one is for hair in showers and baths. Thanks Ecozone for preventing the need for me to use acid/alkali based agents.

Assumes plughole not blocked!
The instructions for this product start with pouring a litre of v hot water down the plughole...but if the plughole is blocked, the water just sits in the bath!Tried it anyway (after put in water and waited for it to v slowly drain), but did not unblock plughole. Then used caustic soda instead, which worked. This stuff may work in a preventative way perhaps, but I can't recommend it for unblocking plugholes.

Didn't quite work
Sadly after two applications my issue still wasn't quite cleared up. I could tell that it was doing something as I was aware of a smell from the plug hole which I put down to the liquid having an effect. Will have to try something else to get through this issue as i suspect the issue is going to need some manual help. I would however try the product again when the plug hole is draining freely from a maintenance point of view

Just didn’t work
I used this to unblock a slowly draining shower and let for the full 24 hours - to no avail. It is the same as it was before.

Great product - it just works
This is great - eco friendly and it clears the drain of my shower. I need to use it every few months as the drain is fairly small and gets clogged up, but this clears it every time. Recommended.

Didn’t work
This did absolutely nothing to clear the blockage causing slow drainage in my bath drain after two applications.EDIT - I bought 1kg of caustic soda crystals for £4 and used 100g of that straight into the plug hole - that did the job.
