So far we are very happy with these stirrers. In the past we have purchased expensive ceramic and metal stirrers that do not hold up with the corrosive chemistry that we work with. These work for us because everything is plastic. Another unexpected benefit is that the charger has a very thin wire and is similar to a USB charger that can be disconnected at the plug. This allows us a much cleaner set-up and added flexibility.
