The media could not be loaded.  I just received my washers today. The bottom of the box was dented but the mashine look to be ok. All of the Styrofoam at the bottom Had broken off into the machine about I had to turn the mashine over and clean out all of the pieces out of the motor and electrical parts. I am not sure if I got everything thing out, we will see. The holes that they sent with the machine does not fit my sinks Fossett. So tomorrow I have to go out to Home Depot and try to find adapters for the holes to connect to the sink. So I use the machine one time by just pouring water in the machine just to see how I operate. And it seems to function right. Also it is very quiet. The spend cycle is not as fast as the to two tub machines that they sell on the market but it does a decent job. I am sure that will be doing an update on his machine soon.Update, so now I have the washer for almost two months and the mashine is working great. I picked up an adapter from Home Depot and I use it in my very smart bathroom. I keep it in my bedroom closet and place it on a small bathroom rug so it doesn’t rock. If there is a negative, that would that it is very small. I only use the it once a week but I need to do at least three to four loads each time that I use it. That being said, it washes well and spins even better.Yearly update, it has been year since I purchased this item and it is still working great. I changed my review stars from 4 to 5.I purchased my machine on October 16, 2018, And it is still running strong. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I really appreciate that the company delivered my washer during quarantine. Much appreciate and very reliable. The reason that I choose this particular brand over others was that the interior was made of metal instead of plastic which may build up gems over time. And this machine is heavy which means that the manufacturer did not cheat out using less expensive materials in constructing it. I think this can be very durable. The control panel is simple which makes it less prone to malfunctions imo.A few cons may be it makes noise and takes longer to finish a cycle (37mins on a low water level and large amount of that time was in spin drying) than I thought.Overall this machine gets the job done. Laundry came out clean and very dry, not a drop of water was left.

I bought this machine just over a year ago because I was looking for a small machine to wash my wife’s underwear and now my baby boy’s clothing. At first I thought this was a good machine because it has the gravity pump, but now I think it is not worth the money. Mine like others had gotten the same E1 error message just over a year after i bought the machine. It will not drain the water, so the machine stops running and you are left with a tank full of soapy, wet clothes and no way to rinse them or spin dry them. I’ve tried contacting the seller, but it was useless as they just told me since it was 2-3 weeks outside of the 1yr warranty from purchase date, they could not help me. Since then, I’ve tried replacing the water pump, checking all the electrical connections, but nothing works. I’ve wasted about six hours trying to fix this myself and the company was not helpful at all with resolving the problem. If you try to look in the product manual to see how to fix it, it literally says “Open top lid, according to before troubleshooting and settlement to settle it, then close the top lid and clear up the alarm.” I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t expect to have to stand by a washing machine to clear an alarm every time it happens by opening and closing the lid. As they say, you get what you pay for. My opinion, don’t waste your money on this machine and spend a bit more to get a brand name that will stand by their product.

Washes and spin dries very well. Fairly loud during wash cycle and pretty large so measure intended space before buying!

Arrived used, contacted Zeny, fast response, was partially refunded. Overall very happy with the product. Hose doesn’t fit my sinks need to purchase one the correct size. The guard at the bottom also didn’t match the screw holes on the machine. For now I am manually filling the machine with a bucket. Small loads maybe less than half of the size of the larger machines, but beats busy public laundromat. Perfect for my apartment.

So I like the way this washer works but the thing that attaches the drain hose to the machine broke almost instantly and the thing that attaches to the sink is crappy plastic that separates from the faucet when the water turns off, stripping it's threads even more each time. Also it's really tricky to get the drain hose to stay in my kitchen sink. It's going to take me some work and research to make this thing actually be convenient for my life. I can update the review with the process. Step one, by the way, is to remove the aerator from your sink and bring it into the hardware store so they can help you find an appropriate male adaptor (bring the hose from the machine too).Ultimately we had to splice on a regular portable dishwasher hose. The people at ACE Hardware can help you with this. (The piece of pool noodle is to protect the join and protect things from getting damaged by the join.

I love everything about this washer! Remarkable for the price..a lifesaver! I had to to purchase a quick connect for my bathroom faucet at Home Depot for $15.99 but worth it!! I have a unitized w/d and the washer motor blew but the dryer works great so I bought this after researching all of them and this was a phenomenal choice..I’m super happy! Really quiet, sturdy and an all around great product so far. I fit so many clothes in there! Amazing!!

I dislike it arrived broken bracket. Can not contact seller direct; have to text with 2 days to reply. Told to return at my Expense. Called Amazon but not much help.
