I did mix up a few of the light grey/dark grey pieces that are used both on the dragon and on the Stormwind building, but - really - who's going to notice? I did not have any problems with missing pieces.My set accidently came with two gnomes instead of one gnome and one night elf. That's ok. MegaBloks has a page on their website to help fix those little things.I have Megablok sets in both the Warcraft and Halo themes. My family is thrilled with both. My four yea old gets so frustrated when playing with it and honestly, since it does it when I try playing with him, it is not because he is too rough. I had trouble in building that section and getting it to stay while placing nearby pieces together.But the figures are really cool looking and the dragon works well - and looks amazing! At fifty dollars total, it is quite a deal, and you can close off the open towers for a more displayable piece by building them up so they have a solid floor. Enough pieces were missing to make me think a whole bag of parts was left out. I couldn't get through to Mega Blok's and the pieces are not numbered like Legos, so I would not even know how to ask for the correct ones. Awful hard to tell an 8 year old he needs to return his favorite Christmas present, especially after he has spent over an hour trying to put it together.** My son received several Mega Bloks sets this Christmas and he has already put together 5 smaller ones (100-500 pieces). This was the only one (between 700 - 1200 blocks) that is missing pieces so far. There are 3 more large sets to go. Hopefully they will not be missing pieces.Some of the other sets were missing pieces too.
