Great fun and it works, legs, abs and biceps were all flexing and you really feel it after each cycle. Great cost effective toner. I've started using this every night after going to the gym, hope this tones my abs well, so far I feel my muscles more tense than after a regular workout.

Very useful product to exercise muscles!I've tried similar, more expensive products that friends have purchased, I honestly can't tell the difference. After a 20 minute session you feel noticeably more toned, and after a couple of days I'm sure that I'm starting to see results in the mirror. Definitely recommended if, like me, you are too busy (or lazy) to get to the gym!

very good product,simple to use and can be used as many times a day as you want.Whilst you can feel the pads working, they are not too intrusive and I can happily sit and watch television without too much distraction. Sometimes I use this in the car, sometimes at home in bed.I’m looking forward to long term changes using this and have recommended to friends.

Marvellous invention !Very pleased with this purchase .The product got on time. The quality seems good and the power of the electrical stimulation is strong. The different stimulation modes are excellent and work great. I started at level 2 and worked my way up. Have only had it for 3 days so I can't talk about results yet, but so far it seems like a good purchase.
