Speck Products Presidio Wallet iPhone Xs/iPhone X Case, Black/Black

I love Speck products but I’m a bit disappointed in this one. The think I like best are the rubberized ribbed designs which actual serve a purpose, keeping the phone in my pocket or in my lap as well as offering an easy to see bright color (without being too bright). As a result this phone is harder to find, I literally don’t see it and constantly having Alexa call it for me to find it in the house. It slips out of my hand more often, fortunately it’s a speck case so no damage. But why did they abandon their signature design. Almost think of going back to the old case and doing some redesign so I can mount one of those sticky backed rubberized credit card holders on to it. That’s why I bought this because carrying my id and credit cards with my phone is very convenient ( and risky ) but so far so good. Anyway one guy posted a picture at to make this case more speck-like by drilling small holes on the edges, which is actually pretty smart. I’m thinking about using a dremmel tool and making lines on the back and then filling the lines and indents on the side with some of that rubberized paint in order to make my own speck style case. Which leads me to my point why doesn’t Speck do it themselves.

Absolutely loved this case, great durability, very convenient and sturdy option. Went out to the bar and lost my phone ended up having to replace phone, credit cards and license all in one go!

Wow let me tell you about this case. Ive used speck cases ever since I’ve had a smart phone but my god this one takes the cake. I’ve had it for a year and a half , and about 6 months ago I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and of course it fell off on the busiest road. By the time I found my phone hours had passed and it had clearly been run over numerous times. The screen was in no joke thousands of pieces. I take it to the Apple store for fixing AND IT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY AND THE BACK SCREEN WASN’T EVEN CRACKED. I literally only needed a new screen after my phone had been run over for hours. The case was perfectly fine besides for a few scratches and I still use the same one to this day. About a week ago I messed myself up pretty bad in a longboarding accident and my phone was absolutely launched across the pavement. I was sure this was it but NO IT IS ABSOLUTELY FINE. The only negative is that the texture of the case is very odd and slippery kind of like a nice playing card so you’ll need a pop socket but hell I had one anyways. BUY THIS CASE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!

I was going back and forth between this and the Ridge cover as I looked to go to a phone cover that could act as a wallet. Glad I went this route. This cover provides the protection I need, as well as giving me the ability to hold three cards comfortably/easily. The Ridge was only limited to two cards and I’m not sure of the ease of pulling the cards out. It was also more expensive.This is my third Speck case and I’ve been extremely pleased with the previous two. I did notice that the grip was minimal, something noted in previous reviews. The first time I pulled it out of my pocket I knew it would be an issue. Not sure why they didn’t add the grip features the non-wallet case has from them, but that is why I took off a star.To help add grip, I just drilled in some holes on the sides and it has improved the grip dramatically. A pretty quick and easy fix.Again, I’m glad I purchased this cover and I look forward to Speck making the changes to the next model so I don’t have to.

I was skeptical but the quality is great and cards 1-4 of them never fall out. It has a little locking spring inside the cards slot that hold them in. Excellent case.

I had the same case for my iphone 7, and now have it for my Xs. It's just amazing. I only cracked my screen once (even though I drop it a few times a day) and that was only because I had cash behind my phone on the inside of the case that stretched out the case. My case is cracked now on the bottom near the speakers, but even so I wouldn't imagine using any other phone case. It's beautiful, extremely functional, and just easy to use. I carry around my work keycard, two ids, a credit card, as well as a metrocard (essentially 4 cards plus a thin metrocard). It all fits in there and is still easy to push out. I love that I can leave the house with just my phone and my keys and not have to worry about a wallet.I'm not usually compelled to write reviews but this thing is great. Totally worth the money.

Very functional case, I've had it for 4 months and love it so far. I do not foresee future issues with durability. Has protected my phone from a couple drops, as expected. Some people list the smooth texture as a Con, however I think it's nice how it allows for easy insertion and removal from pockets. 2-3 cards fit optimally, still holds 1 securely but kinda on the loose side, and barely holds a 4th (depending on card thicknesses).Overall well executed product by Speck.

I would like it to be more durable. My last one lasted around 3 years. But i've still given it 4 stars because it does cop a beating, and has stood up pretty well.

This case fits perfectly. It’s well made and they last for years. My husband was reluctant to get a new phone because he likes the speck case so much and didn’t know if he could get one to fit his new phone. Happy To find this.

It’s a good buy as it serves as both phone cover and wallet.

This item does not fit iPhone X. Package says iPhone X but product inside is half and inch too short.
