A great little box.
When looking for a freesat box, I chose this model for it's size. I was not disappointed. set up was very easy, just connect to your internet, and enter your postcode, and the channel search is done for you. I did find that after the search, there was no sound on the HD channels. However a shut down and restart cured this, and everything is now working fine. Would recommend.

Amazing customer service
This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company. Due to the current crisis the package seemed to get lost in the system.The way these guys dealt with it was above and beyond, personal and friendly service.The product itself is great value for money and a great way to watch satellite tv.
