OFM Essentials Collection Mesh Back Chair with Adjustable Arms, in Black

I purchased this chair for my in home office in November. It is used maybe 2-3 hours a day. I am an average 190 lb guy. The cushion has given way so much that you can feel the hardware under it. Had to get another cushion to sit on. The rest of the chair is fine and I like the adjustable arm rests (main reason I bought this one). I would definitely not purchase again.

Made well, seat is comfortable, supportive back.I’m only 5’1 and this chair is perfect for me. A very tall person may want a larger chair.

Not bad. Seat goes down when you sit on it for the first time (after about a couple months). But it retains its place when you adjust it. So it probably won’t last long, but does alright for the time being. Seat pad is comfy. I’m in it all day....doubt it will last a year, but that’s what I planned on

the chair is decent and sturdy. After a couple of months, it's very noisy. It makes a creaking noise with any movement. I wish the arm rests could adjust in and out, however they only adjust up and down. the seat material is not too thick, I can already feel the plastic plate through the cushion.

Seems like incredible value. Note that it takes some breaking in to get tilt to work. I think this is intentional. The only thing that is difficult with assembly is removing the cap for the pneumatics.

For the price this is an excellent chair. As other reviewers noted, it could have more cushion and lumbar support. However it is pretty good and is quite attractive.

This chair is fine. I like the adjustable armrests. I wish that the lumbar/back was adjustable as well, but it's not. I've had the chair for a little over a month and I've noticed that my butt hurts all the time now. I place a pillow on the seat to help with that. The chair is on the smaller side, so beware if you're tall or big.

The plastic piece on the back of the chair back was broken when I opened the box. You get what you pay for, this is clearly a cheap chair made out of cheap materials. I'm sure it will get the job done, but I'm not expecting it to last very long. It was easy to put together.

I had ordered two of these chairs for my home office. They arrived damaged-same place every time (bottom of the back piece-frame of the mesh), box on the first one wasn't damaged-the other was. I had tried to get replacements for both and both times the chairs have come damaged (in the EXACT same place) Obviously these chairs should be packed differently before shipped, but also whatever delivery company they use could use a slap on the wrist because the most recent boxes have come completely damaged! After several attempts to have non damaged chairs delivered I GAVE up! Don't bother wasting your time ordering these-chances are you'll just have to keep trying to return them in hopes that you'll 'win the lottery' and get a non damaged chair.

I have ordered this chair 3 times. The first time it arrived fine. Second time the plastic on the seat back was shattered. I opted to return it and ordered another. The third chair arrived broken at exactly the same spot. Shipping and product packaging are both at fault. The plastic seat back is packaged tightly along the side of the box. I think, stacking of the boxes on the sides during shipping puts enough pressure to shatter the plastic back. The product itself is acceptable quality for a person with small to medium body frame. Its sad that nobody cares about how these chairs are being packaged and shipped. I am sure there must be a lot of people who are receiving broken chairs and returning them. Total waste of time and resources.

When I received this chair the plastic "T-bar" covering the metal bar was broken, with a large crack in the plastic piece. The purpose of the plastic was non-essential, with it only covering the metal bar underneath so unless you are concerned for visual purposes this chair is still functional. Overall, the chair was very easy to assemble and very comfortable for the price. The arms are able to be set at various heights which was great, and the chair sits and rolls evenly on my wood floors.

15 minutes to assemble. Comfortable and adjusts perfectly for my 30” tall desk.Only issue is that the back of the chair is cracked. Looks like the box was dropped during shipping.

Je pense que cette chaise est de bonne qualité.Cela dit, je n'ai jamais été capable de finaliser la dernière étape soit celle de fixer le pied et l'assise. J'ai suivi le plan et ce, à deux reprises. Dû à ce problème, je n'ai pas pu tester le confort :(
