Great for Early Menopause!!!
I’m in early menopause, started in my late 30s, and these have made a big difference in the hot flashes, fatigue and overall symptoms of menopause. I am a competitive and sponsored athlete and I am able to run and not feel the nausea or other issues I’ve had in the past. Well worth it. It does take 4-6 weeks for you to notice, as with any medication.

Love all Pukka products, but need to take them for a long period to rip benefits. It does work!

Help with hot flushes
I really find these help with menopausal hot flushes by reducing the number and severity of them. Although I do interchange with other brands as after a while I find they stop working, as do all the other brands. I think the body just gets used to them.

Am fairly sceptical at the best of times but once I’d actually remembered to take these REGULARLY for a while I noticed that if I missed a day or two my symptoms worsened again, at which point I realised just how important these herbs are.
