Exactly What I Needed
I purchased this on 2.21.2015 received it 2.23.3015 – my purchase price was higher because it included “free” shipping. As a single mom with two active kids I put off assembly today – when I time to stop and go back if needed. Reading the reviews I took the time to read the directions – twice. I also made a copy of the parts page so I did not have to keep flipping back to the front page. After laying out the parts on white poster board, the pieces are black, I counted and labeled the parts so I can pick them quickly. Prep time PRIOR to assembly cuts your assembly time in ½ - I have assembled enough Ikea furniture and/or DIY furniture to know if you don’t rush in to it the process is easy (well easier).Do you need two people – maybe; depends on your ability to assemble things; it’s your call. I asked my daughter to hold up the body so I could connect the feet of the machine – other than that I did the rest by myself. I progressed quickly and only ran in to one issue – the bolts to attach the pedal hinge are specific to the left and the right. The left nut tightens to the left and the right nut tightens to the right, blowing the old – righty tighty – lefty loosey out the door. HINT – the left nut has a blue trim and the right has a white trim. With the exception of the allen wrenches the rest of the tools provided are useless. My booklet came with a picture of a hybrid wrench that would fit all the nuts provide – my kit came with two wrenches, a ninja star slash screw driver – all you will use on this “tool” is the screw driver. The other wrench I didn’t use I just used my socket wrench it was faster.Connecting the computer is a trial and error – what they need is labels A,B,C to connect A,B,C and they kind of skipped that part between figure 4 and figure 5.The seat is HARD – I repeat – HARD. I purchased a cover – it was shipped 4 days after ordering so I have yet to receive it.My first day I managed 10 minutes – hence the reason I need to purchase this equipment - I need to get better shape. All in all I like it (so far), it fits where I wanted to put it, it was “easy” to assembly (for me) and it’s somewhat quiet – but it does get “loud” while biking fast on the lowest setting – now if it came with someone who made me get on it every day and use it that would make it the perfect purchase.

Good product; great customer service.
3 stars for product, and 5 for customer service, so I averaged it out to 4. It is a little difficult to figure out assembly (involved a little trial and error) and it's not the most sturdy elliptical, but it's absolutely great for the price. And regarding customer service: the first product that Best Choice sent me had a crack in the frame. I wasn't sure whether it would end up being a cosmetic issue or - due to the placement with relation to the seat and thus weight that would be placed on it - whether the crack would continue to expand and split the frame. I contacted Best Choice and sent them a picture, and the company sent me a replacement unit with very little fuss. I greatly appreciated the excellent response and turnaround time for my concern.

Meh, it's worth the money
So I've had the bike for about a week now and here is some info you might like to know before you buy:SETUP:So putting this thing together kinda sucked. The instruction manual it comes with is almost useless and none of my parts were labeled so it was kind of a "put it where it fits" situation. That being said I did manage after about an hour to get the thing put together and it has been working fine'ish thus far. Waring to those who aren't very handy or have spare tools lying around, this may be a pain for you. It comes with the tools you would need to put it together but they are very primitive. Tools I would recommend are (Phillips head screwdriver, wrench '13, claps or pliers helps with tightening).UN-BOXING:Really not that bad, not to many pieces and the screws are all in a little bag, box is fairly large and a little heavy.NOISE:So you're buying a piece of exercise equipment.....it makes noise. It's not REALLY loud but you definitely will need to turn up the TV or wear headphones, should not be used in a room where someone else is trying to sleep. Honestly I didn't think the noise was an issue for my personal preference.USING:So I'm not to crazy about the elliptical portion of this machine, it tends to hurt my upper thighs more than other elliptical's I've used in the past (maybe this is why I need to work out more) but it does do the trick. The awesome part about this machine is that when my legs hurt I can transition to sitting and just using it like a bike without having to completely stop my routine. The handle bars that swing with legs are too far for my reach to be really comfortable or need to lean forward while using. The foot pads are a little squeaky for me and move a little bit but I haven't fallen off of it yet so I think we're good. The little digital reader I haven't really figured out how to use, and is cryptic in the button pressing combination for you to right off the bat figure out (would rather just assume my workout was sufficient without being reminded I only burned two calories).SIZE:This product does not fold and cannot quickly be disassembled so if space is a HUGE issue be weary. That being said I have a small room and it hasn't been a problem at all for me, smaller than some mechanical bikes I've used so it's definitely not bad at all. For me it's fairly easy to lift and move around, also can be dragged with little effort.OPINION:I think it's worth the money I paid for it, it's not crazy good or super advanced, but for the $160 with shipping and handling I do not regret buying it.
