Set LUX

I purchased this set for my boyfriend prior to a trip to Mexico. I am an experienced diver and was taking him on his first dive (a discover program through a dive shop), and also planned a few snorkels. The quality when it arrived was excellent and I felt comfortable putting him in the gear. He said everything worked great and his mask rarely fogged!

I absolutely love this snorkel set! It's easy to adjust, easy to put on, the length of the flippers are just longer than average which is really helpful for those longer dives and swims. The snorkeling is 5/5. However, I bought this set partly for the bag. I love the bag. It broke on my third time using it. All I did was pick it up and the strap broke. Super bummed and annoying given I was super excited for the bag.

I had this product for a few years. I took it with me everywhere around the world. I loved this gear and I had a lot of fun with it however I had a butler in Maldives that I became friends with and I gifted it to him. I'm going to buy the same set all over again.

Took this out snorkeling in St. Maarten, Anguilla and Aruba. The equipment worked great. I didn't use the Go Pro mount, but nice to know it was there if I ever need to use it. Like having my own equipment versus renting it, particularily if you are going to use it on several trips or locations.

I purchased this prior to a Maui vacation. If I could rate the pieces separately I would give the storage bag 5 stars (very nice) and the snorkel tube 3 stars (the GoPro camera mount didn't allow for much camera adjustment), but the mask would get no stars. I rated the whole set at 1 star because without a decent mask the entire experience was ruined. What's wrong with the mask? The rubber seal is much too narrow to make a good seal on your face. It leaked constantly. I had to come up to empty it at least once a minute. Snorkeling in salt water is no fun with a leaky mask. Also, no matter what anti fog stuff I put on it (including spit) the mask fogged up. The mask strap ends tangle easily with the snorkel tube and the press-button strap tighteners are junk. No other way to say it. They just don't hold. I ended up going to a local dive shop and renting snorkel gear. The rented gear had no leaks, a nice clear mask, and comfortable straps. I'm sending this worthless set back for refund when we get home.

Strap was broken. I love the bag that fits the gear. Just sad my mask was already defective.

These set was perfect for what I needed it to do. The GoPro mount is such a simple and clever idea and it made it so much easier to record my snorkeling. The dry top helped a ton with keeping water out and I think that's a nifty little benefit of getting this set. Perfect if you want to go snorkeling and make use of that GoPro!

Everything works great, I dont have much facial hair on my face and the only problem I have is the mask seems to let water in quite a bit, will prob have to buy a mask separate and then it will be good

Muy buen equipo tanto para snorkeling como para buceo. Soy de cara redonda y el visor me quedó sin problemas, el sistema que tiene de purga es de mucha ayuda. Calzo del número 9 y las aletas XL me quedaron sin problema, además de que al ser de correa tienes la posibilidad de ajustarla a tu medida, eso si recomendaría comprar unas botas o calcetines para buceo para que te queden aun mejor y no te rosen o lastimen. La maleta que con la que viene es un super plus ya que facilita mucho su traslado y correcto guardado del equipo, ademas de que tiene espacio extra para guardar otras cosas, como una toalla pequeña por ejemplo.

The unit I received had a defective mask. The exchange was super easy. The quality of the overall kit is great. Some have mentioned that the fins in this one are a little overkill but I beg to differ. If you are planning to jump off of a boat to snorkel, they are fantastic. IF the extra inches means you are kicking the reef, you shouldn't swim there in the first place...

Be sure to clean factory film off with toothpaste - a few times - before using in the ocean. There are YouTube videos on how to clean a new mask if you haven’t done it before… very comfortable set. Avid snorkeler, have used many times.

Fast delivery (5 business days) came well packaged. Everything works great! Good price. Happy with what I bought. Went snorkeling today and am ordering the same set in pink for the girlfriend now that if tried it. You won't be disappointed!! I'm not. Snorkeled for around 10 years, good quality set!!
