Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 195 (P) Running Shoe

I was concerned that these shoes would be too wide given it is a unisex shoe, however it is actually much narrower than I expected. It may prove a little too narrow for men, but it was perfect for my average foot (5'9" female). Very comfortable from the moment I put it on. Nice and light with a don't even notice they're on kind of fit.

I ordered a half size up based on the reviews that these run small. They're incredibly comfortable. I got them working out, and as soon as I had tried them on I started looking for at buying an extra pair for general use.For working out I'm using the T25 workouts. These are comfortable and provide good arch support for the high impact moving of intense workouts. they're also very light and allow a good amount of stretching the toes to provide support and flexibility for easy movement.Great shoe, I think I've found my go-to brand for workouts.

I had every intention on returning these because I saw after purchase before I received them that they were more for narrow feet. However I have wide feet and wore them anyways to give them a try. I lift and do hiit training. These shoes felt awful to the touch feeling the inside cushion. BUT WHEN I WORE THEM, EVEN THE FIRST TIME...I LOVED THEM. They are great shoes and comfortable. I had pain in the tops of my feet and these I have none. Even out of the box not broken in we're fantastic. The support is just right where it needs to be.

Ok I'lll get right to it, they aren't oversized as others have stated because I followed their advice and bought a half size bigger than I normally would and now I'm stuck with shoes that are a touch to big. Just buy your normal size and they should fit fine! Width is fine but they are too long for me but its not worth returning them because its my mistake. The other issue is that one of the thin insoles in have decided to let go of their job and now slides backward and bunches up behind my heel, so I'm going to have to buy some insoles for these to fix that. I've also noticed that the natural creases that has started in the toe box on the top of both shoes has created the beginning of a hole. It's really disappointing considering these shoes are only a couple weeks old. Sure that may be because I bought a half size bigger shoe but I'll take half the blame, the shoe should be able to withstand those creases! Anyway the shoes function fine as trainers for lifting and working out but I'm just bummed about those few things. I haven't tried the 'ropetec' function yet so I can't comment on that. Thats the first shoes I've ever seen with that feature for rope climbing! Pretty neat but I'll have to try that out next time I'm at the gym. I did recieve a bunch of comments on them from people asking what they were and that they liked them. So for a trainer its a good shoe, just buy your normal size and replaced the insoles!

9 month review!!!I read a lot of reviews before making this purchase, as I'm usually a bit skeptical with buying shoes online from a brand I've never had on my foot. I wanted a minimalist-type shoe that was lightweight and very comfortable. That is 100% what I got. I do a lot of walking, running, and everyday work in these and don't have any complaints.The fit is exactly as I expected, and they have worn the road well, since I have had them for all this time. I still wear them ~3 times a week and they fit my foot like a glove. A lot of people I know that have these shoes do crossfit in them and swear by them. I don't do crossfit regularly, but I totally understand the appeal. The heel drop is not noticeable, don't know the mm's for sure though, they are durable, lightweight, and look pretty cool, which is seemingly a dominant trait for these guys! :PThe only markdown I'm giving them is the toe. The outside coating of the toe is super rough, not hard by any means. I scratch my ankles with my shoes when I get an itch and these always leave scratch marks, so much more-so than my other running shoes that I'm denoting it here. The material is like a flimsy plastic-like, it's not plastic I don't think, material that makes crinkly sounds when you press on it. I'm not sure the actual purpose of it, but it adds a different texture to the shoe, but I don't know that it needs it.

Awesome shoes! This is my 3rd pair of Inov-8, and there will be more in my future. This model has a lot of mess, so aren't good for muddy trails or puddles. However, they are an excellent barefoot transitional shoe. Very low drop from heel to toe, padding just where you need it, and minimal arch support - which forces the foot to work and rebuild muscle throughout the lower leg.When ordering, keep in mind that they do run a bit wider, to accommodate a more natural foot strike. They also run a bit small. In a Nike, I wear a men's 10.5, in Inov-8 is a size 11.

Let me start by saying I have been a huge fan of Puma for 20+ years.I ordered these because on of the guys I work out with swore by his Inov-8's and would always talk about how comfortable they are and how well they breathe. When they arrived and I unboxed them, the first thing I noticed was how ridiculously light they were and there was mesh breathable mesh surrounding the entire shoe. I couldn't wait to wear these at the gym.When I got to the gym and put them on I could feel my foot wasn't smothered and was able to breathe. I finished my circuit training and hopped on the treadmill where the obvious difference between these and any Puma's I had worn previously kicked in. My feet. They could breathe. I didn't have a shoe suffocating the life out of my feet. My feet thanked me and so did my socks. When I got home, there was no ritual of ripping my socks of my sweaty feet. No. None. My feet were dry and it felt amazing,These shoes also make you feel like you're "locked in." I didn't notice my foot slipping and sliding around inside of the shoe. The width is absolutely perfect. IF you happen to have wide feet, you might this these are on the snug side. But I say suck it up little camper. You're not going to have these on for very long anyhow.

This is my third pair of Inov-8 cross trainers and I am absolutely obsessed with them! They are the best shoes I've ever owned. They are so light, not at all clunky and have a grippy bottom... perfect for indoor fitness classes and weight lifting. They have held up to my 7 workouts a week, lasting 2 years before beginning to wear out. You can't go wrong with these shoes and free returns from Amazon!

Habe die selben Schuhe im Fachhandel gekauft und nun bei amazon siehe da die waren einfach eine Nummer zu klein hab es leider zu spät bemerkt und kann sie nicht mehr Retour senden da ich sie ja schon getragen habe..... schade

Great shoes ... Standard fit is a must for anyone with wide(ish) feet ... only go for precision fit if you've got narrow feet

Ich trage regulär Gr. 42. Dieser Schuh in 42 war aber zu klein. 43 ist OK. Generell haben Inov8 meines Erachtens die besten Indoor-Schuhe. Die erste Generation welche ich hatte war noch etwas schmaler geschnitten was mir besser gefiel aber dieser Schuh ist trotzdem Klasse und extrem leicht. Der Schuh war so gut, dass er mir trotz 3 Jahren auf der Sohle in der Fitness- Umkleide gestohlen wurde. Das war unschön aber spricht auch für die gute Qualität.
