Amazing they don’t irritate my skin and they blend in nicely for soccer season since we can’t wear jewelry and don’t want to let my hole close. It’s a very snug fit and semi difficult to remove with big fingers but very simple and not sharp but sharp enough to go through the hole with a few attempts

These are AWESOME! I actually purchased the 6mm instead of the 8mm I usually wear for my posts and the 6mm is a bit too tight for my labret, but since they're threaded like regular metal labret jewelry, I just popped the clear ball on the end of one of my metal posts and it works just fine. And I actually find that the posts are the perfect size for my earrings. Which is great, because I dislike traditional earring backs and prefer these flat backs for that purpose. Even though I ordered the wrong size post, I will ABSOLUTELY be buying these again in 8mm. I love them that much. The balls work just fine on a metal post and on the posts they came with. Just be sure you know what size bar you wear before ordering so you don't get too short a bar like I did.

These clear cartilage earrings are very functional and discreet. They’re a great option if you need to give your piercing time to heal or if you’re going somewhere where you can’t wear regular earrings. They’re practically invisible when worn, while still helping keep an existing piercing open. They’re comfortable, simple, and very convenient for situations where you want your piercing to be less noticeable.

I had surgery under anesthesia the other day and these worked great so that I didn't have to risk fully taking out my new-ish snakebites. They just didn't want me keeping the metal ones in in case those damaged my teeth. These are flexible and soft so they won't cause dental damage. And I love that the ends screw in, unlike most other retainer designs with ends you only push in which I just don't trust to not pop out. Although I can't say these are super sturdy, if you grab both ends and pull forcefully it will break, but they're soft plastic so thats kind expected with the material. Just don't go yanking on them and you'll be fine! A lot of reviews say they're very small but I found them to be typical peircing jewelry size. I definitely should have gone up one size larger on the bar length, but thats my own mistake. Also while I think they're quite visible, my surgery team didn't notice them at all until I pointed them out. To be fair though, almost daily I have people I see a lot only just now notice the metal snakebites that I got months ago, lol. I just don't think these would work to hide them for an event where you really weren't supposed to have piercings.

They are exactly what they say they are. We couldn’t use them, however, because they are thick and wouldn’t fit inside my daughter’s ears. She needed them to play soccer with her new piercings. When I tried putting them in for her, she said it hurt. I tried putting them in my own ears (since they’ve been pierced for over 30 yrs) and I couldn’t get them in my ears either.

Bought these for our kids who are in multiple sports which will not allow piercings to remain in during the games, so they remove them and place these retainers in their place. Easy process and they stay in-place until it is time for them to be removed. Much less of a hassle to use these to keep the hole open. Recommend!
