Not much to dislike with this cutter providing it is used on a slow speed and moved through the timber slowly. Otherwise I can see that it would put a lot of strain on the router, resulting in either burning to the wood or a burnt out tool, or both.

To be honest I ordered the wrong size for the job but have used it and it is brilliant, after several passes through oak still still going strong

Cheap and cheerful and does the job. Be careful to mount it properly and you’ll have no problems

You have to take it slowly when cutting, but results are v.acceptable.

I have just today tried the cutter on a piece of Oak and mahogany and it cut with no problem providing you push the router very slowly. I needed it to cut key hole slots for hat and coat rails so there was no surface screws.

Just the job done all i ask of it great bit Ten out of Ten
