If you have a team to support and they use the "gov't agent" earpieces with the midland HTs for discrete comms these are the replacement earpieces to get. Decent quality and as long as the tube is clear of earwar etc. the audio quality is very good.

The molded ear canal piece is slightly larger than Retevis but works well. Great way to extend the use of headsets among more users - each gets his own personal tube kit.
