Not fit for purpose
Absolute rubbish, the pan/tilt are completely useless, only used a few times as I had put it aside since purchase.This is cheap shoddy item

It is what it is
The media could not be loaded. This item is great if you want to set a pan or tilt to remain in one place. The pan is fantastic, if you are recording while panning and tilting you can hear the motors quite loud. So if you are recording and use the tilt you will find using an action cam that it suddenly falls forward or back just after tilting either way.

The cautions on camera weight and accidental manual movement are IMPORTANT
This item is fine for attaching a normal weight smartphone and setting a pan and tilt position to take photographs . Mechanically it is not very robust, as accidental movement of the mechanisms can remove some of the plastic pan/tilt gear teeth - as happened to me , causing jerky movements- but the manufacturer does stress this limitation. I tried a camera just above the weight limit. The tilt mechanism was not able to cope, and the pan was very jerky, but once again the manufacturers cautions about exceeding weight limits are explicit.
