Good taste and consistency.
Finally some good oil. It's very hard if you are from Europe to find any good olive oil in India. Unfortunately the great brands are not exporting. I tried many oils on the Indian Market.... Most are very poor in quality. So with this one we have an eccaptable oil. Flavour ok, colour ok, taste ok, smell not very strong, consistency good, feel in the body great.

Extra virgin olive oil quality
Not same quality as being sold abroad. The extra virgin olive oil that I am accustomed usually thicker in consistency and this is not.
