perfect peppermint taste

I love the taste and I generally just love monin products.

I was using another brand and the price became too expensive. I found Monin and decided to try it. I use peppermint syrup every morning in making my homemade peppermint mocha. This syrup is great and blends well.

My favorite coffee to order is a latte with peppermint flavoring. If your area is like mine, too many coffee shops consider peppermint flavoring a 'seasonal' flavor to carry. I was traveling was able to get a peppermint latte and simply decided that I did not need to wait for coffee shops to carry peppermint flavoring. My local grocery stores do not carry this flavor so I found this which is a common brand that coffee shops use. i am thrilled to spoil myself with peppermint flavored coffee every morning. It took me a few days to find my dose so my coffee was not too sweet. for me that is 2 capfuls. Highly recommend!

I like this syrup and it does taste just like a peppermint candy when tasted alone. It does make some great tasting peppermint lattes and mochas as well.That being said, I was going for an imitation peppermint mocha from Starbucks. The starbucks peppermint has a stronger peppermint flavor that comes across better in drinks, which I prefer. This one is not so strong until you use a lot of it, which makes the drink fairly sweet. It's not bad, just not my preference. But the starbucks container is gigantic so I can never finish it before it expires (and they do expire, it did get moldy some time after the date on the bottle). I also appreciate that this one comes in a glass bottle and looks nice next to my espresso machine.I know that I do not like the Torani peppermint as it has even LESS peppermint flavor and has some sort of off flavor. Monin has no off flavors and is perfectly acceptable. No complaints!I highly recommend you buy a pump to fit this bottle. This greatly decreases the hassle of pouring syrup so you never get any on the outside of the bottle and the lid doesn't stick itself down.

I LIKE THE TASTE. IT HAS A SMOOTH PEPPERMINT TASTE NOT TOO SWEET.

I love the vanilla Monin syrup and wanted to get a peppermint for some winter flavor to make peppermint hot chocolates and peppermint mochas. This syrup does not disappoint. Great peppermint flavor and my girls claim I now make better coffees than the expensive coffee shop!

I don’t know if I received an old bottle but this has no peppermint flavor to it. Very frustrating..
