2024 This doesn't taste horrible but it does taste faintly of dirt. Easy to measure into a shot glass with the pour squirt thing on the bottle.I had a ganglion cyst sitting on my wrist for a little over two years. It was huge and ugly but not painful. I started drinking a tablespoon of this silica water each day because my hair was falling out. Within three days my cyst started healing up. After a week it's been reduced by more than half. Could be coincidence. My hair is still falling out.Update*** December 2024Have bought several bottles of the mineral based living silica water and have seen good results in further healing. My ganglion cyst is almost invisible although there is a remaining bump I can feel. It went from the size of a shooting marble about and inch across, to the size of a bb. Unfortunately when I reordered this last time I was sent the plant based living silica water instead. It is in a green bottle rather than a blue but otherwise looks the same. Unfortunately I cannot tolerate the plant versions ingredients (which is why I ordered the mineral based version). My mother and daughter will drink it and I will try and reorder again. Hopefully this time the correct product will be sent. This product is very expensive but when sent the correct bottle it is worth it to me. It is supposed to help with the bodies ability to remove aluminum. My daughter doesn't like the taste but can tolerate it in hot chocolate. She has been much calmer since drinking it each day and she seems motivated to make sure she has it. My mother has also seen benefits in healing. We are all consuming one tablespoon each day.

This product enhances powdered collagen that I take daily in my smoothie. I've felt better health wise since I've been using this product.

Silica is a requirement for bone/elasticity and other health requirements. This is pure Silica in water which is important because powder can be dangerous for a lot of reasons as one might easily be able to imagine on their own.What's interesting to me is that I actually CRAVE this mineral-am taking appx 2 TBS each day. Would love to take more but of course I'm being careful to stay within a safe range of use - will be doing more research on safe dosages in the near future - but given the fact that Christmas was SO busy I didn't start using it til after the new year and haven't had research time.At my current dose I can feel the difference but believe I need to give it 6 months or so after having some more research under my belt before giving a review on any changes in dosage and its efficacy.
