Simple to install. This is the second one I’ve owned. The cord stretches more than my last one which cause the line to sag.

Easy to install and use

It is fine but does not get taut, I have used this type a good part of my life. I only have about 4 inches clearance on a small patio and it was hard to clear the ground with stuff hanging. I can also only hang it at about 6'3" off the ground.

Time will tell, but at this time it seems to be well made and sturdy.

Although the clothesline itself seems ok, and this was the second one I bought, I forgot how annoying it was the first time, when the screws included stripped after one try...and I even PRE-DRILLED the holes for them. USELESS aluminum screws. Which means I have to go find or buy screws if I don't have the right kind at home. Please quit making and sending worthless hardware with a product that has to be installed.

This close line sags after you tighten it. After trying numerous times and tightening it throughout the day, I see the problem is that the cord is too thin to hold firmly in the slot where you tighten it. . The cord slips through. I could hang a few clothes that didn’t drag on the ground but the clothesline itself is just too thin to be functional on this appliance. I would never trust it.As the weather gets hotter, the cord is going to stretch thinner and the situation will be worse. Don’t buy it if you want to be able to hang clothes from this line.

Works great! Easy to install and I love that it retracts so it’s not in the way
