Brilliant for mummas and partners
I struggled with post pardum anxiety and depression after my first child, this book was recomended by my mental health team, it's brilliant. It is so relatable and makes you realise your not an awful mother or going bonkers, many mother's feel the same way and we should talk about it more! It has sections to write your thoughts and feelings and exercises to do to help with panic situations etc. Would recomend to every mum with or without mental health issues as its very insightful. Also good for partners to give it a read as well as it has sections in there for them and also helps your partners to understand what your going through mentally and what you need help with and how to help meet your needs

An important book
This book looks at range of thoughts experienced by new mums that really help to normalise what a difficult time it can be. I saw some reviews which said that this book was too simplistic or didn't offer anything new. But I disagree. One, it's nice that it is simplified in comic form because I'm way too tired to work my way through a complex psychological text. Two, it did offer something new for me. I think most mum's worry they have bad thoughts that there is something wrong with them and this book is here to tell you that it's ok.

Awesome read!
I recommend this book to ALL mums! After struggling on my 3rd child this was exactly what I needed to read to gain my life and confidence back! I didn't know 90% of mums had intrustive thoughts! I thought it was me I thought I was losing my mind! But thanks to this book I could move forward with myself. Us mums are way to hard on ourselves! End the stigma!!A million percent I'd recommend!

Great book for new mums especially first timers
Comforting book for mums who might not have anyone to ask if what they are feeling is normal! I cried at a few pages when I realised 'this book gets me!'. Would be a nice gift for a new mother.

Perfect Gift for New Mom's!
This book has the cutest illustrations along with exceptional validation for new mothers. It references intrusive thoughts and other things postpartum women go through in which they may need guidance for! I gave this to my friend, who is 3mo postpartum, and she loves it!

Must-have for first-time mons and relatives
This book is such a wonderful must-have. It helps new moms and their families to understand and give support for a common postpartum distress in a very sensitive period of women's life. Quick reading and really helpful.

Waste of my money
It's a bad bad deal. I can't comment on the book because the Kindle format is extremely not readable and NOT KINDLE COMPATIBLE. The illustrations and writing do not fit page size of Kindle. Such a waste of my money on this. Please don't buy!!
