Unit works good. However, some times tape doesn't come out on first try. Other than that I'm satisfied. DVD player is perfect.

This item is in poor shape and the on and off button does not work, and the fast-forward button is missing. A piece was broken off the side. There were no cords or remote as shown in the picture. This was very misleading!

Love the auto tracking and auto rewind from the end ...
Really stoked on this machine! For the most part it's completely silent! I've had a few tapes that produce a high pitch squealing noise but I believe it's the tapes not the machine. Love the auto tracking and auto rewind from the end of the tape. Haven't tried the DVD player yet, but I mainly bought this for the vhs function, which is awesome.
