Lovley hat for the job I need ,my girls just ride around the school on a lead rope not sure it would be up to a riding school or club standards but good for the price think you have to base it on you own child level or activity I'm not sure i would have this hat it my children were independently riding it's more like a bike helmet but still cute design very happy for what i need it for

This is a lovely hat and fits brilliant as measured however please be aware it is not up to the upgraded standards in a Bhs riding school it has none of said stickers displayed if you are to ride at home on your own horse and land then its brilliant I can't return mine as the product itself is fantastic I just can't use in the riding school I bought it for hope this helps ") as you will be declined on usage of this hat

I bought this riding hat for my Granddaughter. However, when it was checked by the riding instructor I was told that the hat did not conform to Safety Standards as it is not printed on the inside of the hat, as all safety marks are on other safety checked riding helmets.Therefore, the hat is not fit for purpose and should not be advertised as being so. I know it states the CE safety mark on the leaflet, but this should also be marked inside the helmet. As it is not, I am not prepared to take the risk, if my Granddaughter falls off the horse and neither were the Riding School.

I bought 3 for our girls Horseback riding camp but couldn't use them because they do not meet safety requirements. I donated them.

This hat does not conform to the safety specifications required for a riding school, trekking centre, or other horse riding facilities. Do not buy it for you child until you have checked what safety specs are required. Return was £6 and including the original postage this was an expensive mistake.

Nice looking helmet but just a bike hat with extra padding. It is not kite marked or ps rated so unlikely to be allowed to be used for lessons.

This is a nice helmet, my daughter was pleased. Unfortunately, the riding school denied use of it onsite as it did not have a kite mark and was therefore not verified safe by UK standards. Worth bearing in mind before making a decision to buy.
