Q: Can I use this pot to make custard cream?

I use it to make Zabaione which is a combination of eggs, sugar and Marsala, whipped over heat to a frothy consistency so I can't see why not.

Q: Seller, Can this be use to cook sugar in at high temps, Im assuming you can, but wanted to make sure?
