Sitram Catering Saucier Pan, 2.06-quart

Although the pan is stainless steel and slightly magnetic it will not work with my Waring induction burner. It is a good pan for gas or electric stove use but that is not what I purchased it for.

This pot was delivered dirty….there is no tag to verify it is indeed a Sitram pot.However to date it performs ok when I use it.

You can easily pay a lot more for a saucier, and not get much better quality than this pan. It is the classic saucier, and has a good weight and feel in the hand, distributes heat well, and is a good size for small family cooking.

I recently took this baby to work with me. I work in a kitchen and was about to have a guacamole bar for over 300 people. I got this product with this day in mind. I knew I was about to squeeze a ton of lemons, and though there are tricks to getting the job done, a squeezer would defiantly make my job easier. Well, it did the job and it did it well. I love the fact that it is stainless steel. Other squeezers I've had in the past always rust, so I'm hoping this one will not. I wish it wasn't as heavy and the others usually are, but I'm guessing its the material, and if it is rust free, the weight is not an issue. This is great for cooks and Chefs but also a good product to have at home. I received this product at a discounted price for my honest unbiased opinion.
