Parts had large lettered stickers.+ All hardware was included along with wrench+ The color is light and neutral, attractive+ Feels quite sturdy with large support base- I bought this thinking an elder cat could easily get up and down from the top perch. However, the steps are closer together than I realized and with the above step overlapping part of lower step the angle is quite steep. Tried to capture this in photo- The platforms, including the top bed, have zero cushioning.- staples protrude some at the ends of posts.- metal part exposed on top of each platform. See pic- The round bed is too small for my 18-20 cat . She barely fits on step platform. See pic.**Because reviews for so many models are all consolidated here it is difficult to know which model a review refers to unless photo included..

6 Month Update: Tree is still holding up nice. Little sign of wear and tear. Cat still loves perching on the second level from the top.I was looking for a multi-level cat tree for a single cat without breaking the budget and landed on this one from AmazonBasics. Even though the brand can get a bad rap for being cheap, the quality of this cat tree is not.The shipment box is large and heavy, but assembly only took about 30 minutes. Each pole is layered with string to encourage your cat to scratch and the felt material is nice and soft, comfortable for any cat. Each level is easily accessible by my 13 lb cat and wobbles minimally when he goes from level to level. The hole in the center is large enough for any cat to enter and exit the comfy cave. And the rope and ball toy are nice, fun additions, though my cat rarely plays with them.Overall, solid quality cat tree on a budget. Definite recommend for 1-2 large cats.

I just set this up with some friends tonight, it was very simple; easier than Ikea furniture, which I have a ton of. It took maybe 10 minutes even with a few bottles of wine beforehand between us.The product dimensions listed on Amazon were very wrong for the model I bought, the dark grey middle hammock tree actually measures 19" deep by 30" wide by 53" tall. I was a bit wary buying this item given the listed dimensions and "X-Large sizes" in the title but I kept going back to the picture and price thinking it would be purrfect and I'm very glad I did. The box says "small" quite clearly and it's an Amazon branded product so I'm not sure what's up with the wack listing.Anyway, the carpeting is soft and fuzzy and my kitten took to it immediately. The sisal posts will be nice for her to scratch on. She was sleeping in the condo when our guests were over and it looks like she'll have some room to grow. As my picture demonstrates the fuzzy hanging balls are nice for her to play with. The design seems quite sturdy and it anchors to the wall which is good for when she gets bigger.As it's only been a few hours, I'll have to report back on the durability in a few months. As of now, this item gets a solid 4 stars. The point deduction is due to the inaccurate description which made shopping for this item more difficult than it needed to be.

I just received this amazing kitty tree this morning and I 100% couldn't be happier with my Lilly Bugs new tree! Its not to big and not to small. As her other one we've had for a while was to tall and the cubby sat a little bit off the ground she it was harder for her to get into. She has already met both my goals for this tree and that was 1.) Her being able to get on top and see outside and hangout and 2.) Crawl into the cubby ON HER OWN!!! Although her little sis Leia tried to claim the bed part as I was trying to put it together... i'm so happy my Bug is happy!! 😻💗 It's super simple to put together came with all the screws and Allen wrench to assemble, even came with a strap to mount to the wall for safety! Soft material, and just barley fits my 11 lb kitty but she makes any small space work for her, since she is mostly fur! haha Highly recommended! 😻💗

This is our second purchase for the cat tree. First one purchased 5 years ago. We have 2 "barn cats" who lived in the mountains until we moved back to the suburbs. They used to scratch on pine trees, knowing this, we tried our luck ~ they loved it! The old tree was looking pretty haggard having been worked over by two cats, decided they'd love the old one in the basement.Simple design, great value, easy putting it together ~ and of course, our cats love it!Highly recommend!

Just got it today & My kitten LOVES it!! He is not a easy player either and this seems very sturdy for the amount of force he is attacking it with! It was very easy to accemble and took about 5 minutes all together. Will definitely buy him another afternoon he tears this one apart

This arrived with live fleas in the box and cat hair on the tree. I'm not sure how this happened but its disgusting.

Assembled the cat tree in about 1/2 Hr. Everything fit together well. All parts were there. Lots of sisal posts for cats to wreak havoc on. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. My cats took to it right away and one of them is usually curled up in one of the perches. My minor criticism is that the carpeting is quite thin, although it looks good. The other is that the perches mounted on sisal posts are a little wobbly no matter how tight you install them. It may be due to the method by which they are attached internally to the tubes. I'm not too worried about it as the cats don't seem to mind. I'll address it with a more robust solution if the need arises. Still, a cat tree of this design would normally have cost at least 50% more at a pet store, so I'm happy with the purchase, and I recommend it.***Update*** I'm updating this review to give my solution to the slightly unstable sisal perch posts. Turn out the wobbling is caused by the plastic inserts that also contain the fastening nuts. The plastic is held in place by staples. I reinforced the plastic with some fine finishing nails and 3 screws. The post is now very stable and firm. Only took me a few minutes to solve this problem.***UPDATE***It's now 15 months later and I've just bought another one exactly the same. My cats have pretty well thrashed the sisal rope and some of the carpeting is worn through. I've set up the new one and I'll take the other one apart and try my hand at replacing the sisal rope. All in all, the time duration is about the same as other cat tree.scratching posts I've used in the past so not disappointed. My cats do love to curl up on this tree and it looks good sitting in the corner. I did have to spend 10 Min. and install screws in the bases with the perches as they are quite wobbly otherwise. No big deal. Still very pleased.

I bought the beige dual platform and I love it. My cats also love it and the beds are very roomy for them. I have a Maine coon mix who is about 12 lbs and he fits comfortably in either bed. I bought this to replace one from Wayfair that broke after less than a year. This one seems like it will be sturdier since the screw holes are reinforced with metal. I’m considering buying another for a different room, the only thing holding me back is that I don’t think the beige colour will match the room. I also thought that the price seemed very reasonable compared to others I’ve seen, so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.

Amazon Basics cat trees do not disappoint. They are sturdy and made with good quality velvet. This is my third cat tree from them and my cats loved each of them. Delivery was super quick, packaging was great and clear instructions of assembly were included. Product looks exactly like it is in the picture only the grey colour is a lighter than shown. We also got a complimentary dangle toy, which is good because cats are playing with that the most.

Usually when I buy something new for my cat she looks at it with utter distain then ignores it for months, if not for ever. Not this cat tree! Before I'd even got all of it out of the box. she had run into the cubby hole, then lay on the base. After a relatively easy construction, she leapt straight up onto it and adores it. This morning she is on it again straight away, looking like the cat that got the cream. It's just right height for her to watch the birds and her cat friends who come into our garden. The lower perch goes just above the UPVC band inear the middle of the floor-length window, so she can see most things, the other is high enough for her to see far and wide, feeling she is queen of the world. She's not a small cat, but both perches are plenty big enough for her. When she's not on it she is very contentedly rolling on her back. I don't know what this tree contains that has entranced my cat so, but it has been astounding and very welcme. She looks like she might even be better behaved and not quite so fiesty. Lovely to look at, good quality, easy to assemble and very stable, right size, perfect, and that's the tree, not my cat! I might be in for an easier life! One of my best buys ever!

Keeps her occupied and fit, also a comfy place to sleep on. Access to replacement parts is something that I've not seen before. Overall it's just great :)
