No Freon... No Warranty
Was shipped with NO FREON & NO Heat Coils... $1100 later freon filled. Unit says Pre Charged , VERY DISAPPOINTED... No Warranty says Goodman because Purchased On-Line... VERY DISAPPOINTED. 1/2 ☆ only if I could rate it , arrived timely and un damaged

The first unit arrived damaged, but let me be CLEAR!!! The company that the unit itself is sold frim (not delivery company) is AWESOME!!! They handled everything very quickly and professionally, I got another unit in PERFECT condition!!! My house is nice and cool and we are very happy!! I would buy and deal with them again and refer them to anyone 😊

So far so good
This u it has been good. When it extremely hit outside it did have the tendency to trip the outside breaker. Other than that it has been good.

Arrived damaged
Unit arrived damaged. Bottom end pushed in, metal bent, but coils seem unaffected so far.

Do not buy this if you live in California
You need an EPA 608 and a contractors license to legally install this in California. You aren't even supposed to be able to purchase them without proper licensing, much to our surprise.Company refused to take it back and stated that there were no issues pertaining to California. Spent many hours confirming that there were but they didn't want to hear it.

Good unit
The unit was easy to install and is working very well. I think I did an overkill by ordering a 5 ton unit, but it works good, so I'll keep it and enjoy it.
