Set of 4 Spanish Terracotta Tapas Dish/Cazuela Abombada - 15cm diameter

I wanted to make single portions of pies and other dishes this is a bit big for the pie but still worked and they are beautiful. We have 2 larger versions so knew what we were buying. They do get a little mouldy the first few times of use but just clean them and they are good. My husband says that because they are new. This only lasted for a couple of uses so no longer an issue

Great tapas dishes we have used for meatballs and squid rings due to their good size.

Perfect tapas dishes. I cured them in water for 4hrs and I slowly heat them on the gas hob and have cooked several Spanish tapas including chorizo in Sherry and sizzling prawns chilli and garlic. The beauty of these dishes is they stay sizzling hot to the table just like a tapas bar. Very impressed and will purchase a few larger dishes soon.
