Beware of sizing chart as it suggests ordering size above. Well, being a 42" chest I followed this advice and instead of L I ordered XL. When it arrived I could see before trying on it was far too big so I returned. So great was the difference I thought that L may be too big also, so I took a chance and ordered M, which was a size below. Hey presto, on arrival it turned out to be a perfect fit. A really nice gilet but beware sizing chart.

The quality of this gilet is just excellent. More pockets than I could mention. Not having a man bag (thank God) a guy needs somewhere to keep his nik-naks when on holiday and this fits the bill perfectly. The sizing is just fine and fits this old guy perfectly. The attention to detail is great and for the price - outstanding value for money. If you are buying this for a "fashion statement", I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The sizes come out moderately large, but the quality is good, & good value for money. I wanted one for every day, and one to put on when going on holiday to warmer places. Ordered a large first, which is just moderately large, so will use for everyday use, & have sent for a medium for when we go on holiday. Just a pity the company hasn't got the sizing correct, for it would save a lot of heartache. example: large = XL. Medium = Large.

Arrived on time. Found it fitted perfectly. Just what I was looking for, light body warmer will useful pockets for carrying items when gardening hiking etc. Looks smart and has some internal pockets too, which I wasn't expecting. I went for a large, which is the size I usually select for clothing and it fitted over the top of a thick jersey, but fitted well and looked good. So I guess you just need to be aware that this is an outer garment and so will be a bit more generous in size.

Unfortunately, I ordered the XXL which is what I would normally take. However when it came, the jacket is about 6 inches too large for me. I'm still waiting for them to send me a returns form.

Possibly more leisure wear rather than fishing/photography. Plenty pockets. Size wise I am 41 inches chest and got a Medium and it fits very well over t shirt/polo shirt. Great mans handbag.

Happy with product. Read a number of reviews regarding size but got it way too large. Returned item and waiting for acknowledgment and replacement item. I am 44 chest and the XL was huge on me.
