Excellent quality ________________________________________________________________________________________________ I've had the sacred tea tumbler for a few days now and I feel it's high time for a detailed (and lengthy) review. If you want a quick and simple recommendation, then yes, I highly recommend this product. But if you want a bit more detail about it, then read on. First Impression: The packaging alone is on another level. Simply put, it screams quality. There’s an almost obsessive attention to detail on the box. Bold fonts and lettering that invites you to search for and read every single message on the packaging. What I’m saying here folks is that one look at the packaging is enough to convince you that the product was designed with a lot of thought and care. Something else that really caught my attention are the included extras in the packaging. Extras, you ask? It’s not enough that the tea tumbler is so elegantly package, nope! The designers even included a small but very warm welcome note, a lovely little poem and a thank-you booklet. Now to some, this might seem like a meaningless gesture, but you know what? It’s the little things. It’s a note that made me smile and say, “This is a company that truly cares about its product and customers”. I considered uploading a few pictures of the booklet and poem, but decided against it in the end. Rather not spoil the “surprise”. And, speaking of customer service, I found them incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Thumbs up to Peter and Carmen! The Tea Tumbler: Now this is where the real fun begins. Take the actual product out of the box and you’re greeted with what’s in my opinion the most beautiful and elegantly designed glass tea tumbler out there right now. Once again, the attention to detail on it borders on obsessive. It’s beautiful without being too “loud”. It’s artistically detailed without being garish. I found it sleek, classy and believe without a doubt that this product was designed by people with a lot of care and dedication. The tea tumbler itself is made of glass but it seems durable and strong. Naturally, a hard knock on a tough surface will destroy it (one of the included cards in the packaging tells you as much about caring for the glass). I’m also happy to report that it functions as promised and it’s quite easy to use. No complications or complex parts to assemble or disassemble, just a simple process to get your brew going. There are instructions included to help you get started, but rest assured, it’s straightforward and painless. Note, the tumbler is insulated (double walled glass). Once you have your hot tea brewing, the glass will get warm, but not uncomfortably so. Just warm enough for you to go, “Yeah! It’s on baby!”. Conclusion: No regrets! This is a beautiful product. It’s also high quality. Buy it if you love tea or heck, buy it and have it on display on a table. It’s really that beautiful. I have no qualms about supporting a company that cares about its products and treats their customers with care. That’s how you do customer service. Also, I wish the company also sold a dedicated padded sleeve for it to help minimize the possibility of accidental bumping for those moments when we’re moving about. I’m fully aware that there are third party options like neoprene sleeves out there, but I’d prefer something designed by sacred Lotus love instead solely because of their insane attention to detail and beautiful designs. Update June 13th, 2019: still great, 0 problems; love it! ------------------------------- I was a little worried about the performance of this product based on the negative reviews. However, I can say that so far it works well for a glass tumbler. This product arrived very carefully packaged and with no defects. It's quite beautiful. In the first use it leaked from the bottom, but once I adjusted the cap on the bottom I've not removed it since and have no more leaks. The sleeve is great for extra protection when carrying it places. I don't carry it by the handle since one reviewer mentioned that it's not very secure. I take good care not to shock the tumbler with great fluctuations in temperature and so far I've had no problems. Some people have complained about how fragile theirs is/was, but you have to keep in mind that a product made from glass is going to take some extra care. It's the price you pay for something beautiful. If it were made out of something more resilient, such as Pyrex, it would be much heavier and I imagine lack the delicate nature that makes using a tumbler like this one such a pleasant experience. For a glass tumbler, I believe it is of great quality. I've ordered a glass tumbler before from a different supplier -- the first time it arrived with a defective crack and then immediately broke, then the replacement arrived broken, and then finally I enjoyed the third one until a few months later when I accidentally dropped it. It was one of those models with a bamboo lid on top, which always leaked. This model is far better, and even more beautiful. If I ever accidentally break it, I will buy another one from this seller because it's worth it.

This bottle is truly lovely, and the manufacturer clearly takes pride in their product. It came well-packed in a very attractive cylindrical tube with a nice note. The design on the bottle is applied well and is unlikely to wear away or become damaged since it is on the outer wall of the inner tube (in the insulation air space of the double-walled bottle). The sleeve to help retain more heat works well, and my tea stays good drinking temperature for a few hours. It also fits well in a car cup holder. The bottle comes with different strainer options (for loose leaf tea, fruit infusions, etc.) and those fit well in the bottle without being placed too deep or too tightly to remove easily, but they also stay in place while you drink. The only think I'd change is the seal and construction of the bottom of the bottle. While I appreciate that you can unscrew the bottom, which allows for easier cleaning, loose leaf tea tends to get stuck around the seal point where the glass bottle attaches to the base cap. However, in most cases this just requires a bit more rinsing and isn't particularly inconvenient. The bottom gasket is nice and tight and I have had no issues with any leaks.

This tea tumbler is incredible! There isn't anything I don't love about it. I've used it daily for about a week now and enjoyed every minute. The strainer is easy to use and infuses my tea perfectly. Now it is common for small bits of tea to end up above the strainer after pouring the water but they usually fall back to the bottom while waiting for the tea to steep. The design is beautiful and it feels solid in your hands (common sense tells you that if you drop it the tumbler will likely break). I was worried about it not having a sleeve because glass gets hot. The glass does get kinda warm a few minutes after pouring but never to an uncomfortable temperature. One warning:do not rinse the glass with cold water and then make hot tea directly after. This will cause the glass to crack. I experienced this when I first got it and had to replace the tumbler but it was worth replacing cause I have loved it since. That brings me to the company itself. Not only is their message pretty cool (basically striving to help create beautiful moments of peace and solitude in your life) but the customer service is excellent and personal. When I first got the tumbler I made the mistake of rinsing it with cold water and making tea directly after causing the glass to crack. I emailed the seller directly and got a response within an hour. They worked to resolve the issue and even gave me a promo code for my next purchase with them after I told them I had already replaced it myself.

This is a beautiful, quality product. I received one as a gift, and liked it so much that I bought two to give as gifts. They made a big impact. The recipients appreciated all the details: the form and design, the symbols on the tumbler, how solid it feels (really nicely constructed), and even the gorgeous packaging. The instructions seem incorrect for using it to infuse tea, since it says to put the infuser on the "bottom", turn it over, and pour water from the "top". When I did so, I found that loose tea escapes immediately into the tumbler as there is no seal--the infuser snaps snugly in place with the ridge on one end of the tumbler, but does not create a tight seal. This is not a problem at all as long as you don't tip it over as the instructions suggest. I realized that you can decide which end is top or bottom by where you place each cap. One cap is clearly designed to serve at the bottom, the other the top, and the both fit securely on either end. And in the short promo video, they show it being used as I use it, with the infuser at the top. And when the tea is brewed satisfactorily, you simply lift the infuser out. It's insulated, but does get warm, though not unpleasantly so. It's really gorgeous, and I highly recommend it.

I love the Sacred Tea Tumbler I purchased from Sacred Lotus Love! I have used it multiple times a day for the past three days. I have not had any issues with leaks, and I love the ability watch the loose leaf tea expand in the bottle. I also love that because of the design, I can reuse the tea leaves. It is easy to clean. The neoprene carry sleeve is a vital addition to protect the tumbler. I love the look and temperature control that the bottle provides with and without the sleeve. Packaging was excellent. Sacred Lotus Love warps this product in multiple protective layers to ensure it does not break in transit. They even follow up with a beautiful message through Amazon to ensure that it arrived in tact. Their customer service and decorum is to be applauded as one of the best I have seen for any company. I can learn a few things from them and would recommend others look at their practices as well. The bottle and packaging also comes with beautifully decorated quotes that make you feel calm, warm and peaceful. It certainly adds to the quality and care of this company for their customers. It demonstrates their passion for their product and helps to establish trust. I would purchase from Sacred Lotus Love again.

I was so excited about this purchase because it was the first solution I came across for "brewing" loose tea anywhere and and bonus, it would keep it warm until it had reached my desired strength and was ready to enjoy it. Most loose tea brew solutions have large openings at the top with a drop in basket strainer. The down side to this solution is the tea cools down very quickly. I was very impressed with the appearance of the infuser bottle and thought it would be a nice addition to my work environment. In an effort to protect the glass container and avoid breaking it, I wouldn't even take it from work to home and forced myself to leave it at the office. Well today added my loose tea as usual, snapped the infuser in and filled it with hot water from the coffee station at the office. I heard a "pop" but couldn't find any indication that there had been any kind of damage. Let the tea steep and then pulled the bottle out of the sleeve to flip it, put it back in the sleeve and enjoy. The "pop" I heard was the internal glass enclosure cracking all the way around the bottle at the bottom. I am very disappointed. This infuser bottle has been gingerly used, never put in a dishwasher, and was delivered less than 30 days ago, June 21, 2019. I will be contacting the company and will update with response and warranty/replacement options.

WOW WOW WOW! Finally a glass tea infuser with a beautiful design that won't easily break! Inner glass wall is secure at top & BOTTOM. There's actually two openings so no glass tube just hanging inside at one end waiting for a small bump to snap off. Chink! (Inner tube snaps in old designs. I tried many versions, all the same...guaranteed, this is why other vessels went off the market). The glass here is a continuous extension of the thick screw-on lip at both ends of container. One solid double wall of glass, top to bottom. This design is SO SOLID, so beautiful, extreme high quality & design. Someone clearly put a lot of thought into it. The packaging is deluxe. For rough n' tumble days in nature they include a neoprene cover! The sacred geometry speaks for itself. The bottom lid has a grip embedded for slick surfaces. There's more, but will spare you, ha ha!! Much thanks to designers. We get health & pleasure from good water & tea in this piece of functional art!
