Q: Do you carry the griddle only i.e. The top for home use?

Currently we do not sell the griddle tops alone. We should start carrying them as of spring 2016.

Q: My question to Holy Lands Imports: do you have a similar one for backyard use ( non commercial ) that work with propane?

At this time we do not have a backyard one. Hopefully in the near future. We are making an electric one for the home though.

Q: Does this have to be installed in a professional kitchen, or can it be used in various locations with a gas tank?

This Saj Maker only work with natural gas for commercial settings.
