Just got the first two chairs of 4 I've ordered today. I got the hemp beige color. These chairs came assembled, were beautifully packaged , each in their own dust bag; they are very sturdy and impeccably made. The best part for me is that I have the Pier One Bradding Natural Stonewash 84 inch dining table. They do not have chairs I like that match this table, and it is a very difficult shade and texture to match--imagine slightly white washed, textured, honey colored wood. These are an exact match to the table. Yahoo! I have only been looking for matching chairs 3 years, after all ;) I can't wait to get the other two, and I may even get two more. These are also very comfortable. I don't know if they are treated, but just in case, I will be using Scotch Gaurd on these due to their light color. I am VERY impressed.

Attractive, good quality. Also, good seat height (easier to sit and stand, if you have lower back or knee problems)... They look good as stationary side chairs, but if you use every day, notice there is no wood at the top to grab on to... so for pulling out the chair at a table for daily use, you may want to consider the similar chairs with a wood frame at the top, to avoid finger print stains from handling. Loved our purchase of these chairs.

If you are looking for chairs you dont have to assemble, pretty sturdy, looks good - then these are easy purchase. The only drawback is the padding is not of high quality, so after good use - sitting on the chairs for hours, the pad sinks down - which shows that the chairs are made of poor quality in terms of padding. But since the chairs were cheap and made in china - you get what you pay for.

This product didn't have a weight capacity listed, so I was a little hesitant to order, but they were exactly what I wanted asthetically and offered free returns, so I took the plunge. They are fantastic chairs. They feel just as sturdy as my old steel chairs, maybe even more. I weigh nearly 300 lbs, and the chair handles it perfectly. No wobble. No creaking. I feel very secure. The fabric is super soft, and the cushion is really comfortable. The pictures represent the coloring really well, and the wood matches my table perfectly. I'm very pleased.

I like the light wood and wouldn’t call it “unfinished” at all. It matches my light wood floors, but is a personal preference. These are larger than some of the other chairs I’ve looked at, so that was another reason I chose these. The seat is fairly firm (maybe too firm for me, but all personal preference) and the material is a soft fabric. They are a light/medium grey color and contrast nicely with the lighter wood. They come completely assembled, so that was great- and packaged well to prevent damage.

Loved that they come assembled! They look great. The wood is lighter than I expected though. I wish that the seat had more cushion. That is the only thing I would change.

I lucked out and ordered six of these during a sale, $50 off the pair—might be something to watch for. I’m happy with them. They’re comfortable with good padding and support. The catalpa wood frame seems sturdy and is fairly light—they’re packed assembled two to a box and the box is still manageable for one person. Wood color is about the same shade as my maple floor, lighter than my teak table. The manufacturer’s photo represents the chair’s look well.
