For international shipping my pants arrived promptly. They did fit, although possibly because it had originated in the UK it was quite snug. I am satisfied with my purchase

THESE JEANS ARE FAKE
Was not happy with the authenticity of these Original 501 Levi Jeans. So much so I contacted Levi about them. After sending them an image of them they have confirmed I was right in thinking they are fake. "ALL LEVI JEANS SHOULD HAVE LEVI AND AN R IN A CIRCLE PRINTED ON THE RED TAB ON THE BACK RIGHTHAND POCKET OF THE JEANS". They seem good quality but I never got what I paid for, Original 501 Levi Jeans. So no matter what the sellers are saying the really are fake.

i would still buy them
i am 70 years old and have been wearing 501s since i was 15, then they were £2/10s a pair shrink to fit. they were the best jeans in the world and very heavy wieght material lasted ages, now they are still good but no where near the quality they were, not a bad price for today i supose considering the rrp is about £80, but not the jeans they were. bring back the 60s ha ha.

Not quite the originals
Yes the description says that these have been pre-washed etc etc, but they are not the Levi 501 which I first purchased, whatever the description states, that said, they are comfortable and much smoother than the Levi's of my youth. Interesting that it was quite fashionable in my youth to take your Levi's to a tailor and have them make a turnup and the one really distinctive point that identified it as Levis and not Wrangler or Lee, was the tab from seam - this is not evident on more modern variants.Overall though still 5 stars for this item. Levi's do last for years. I still have two denim jackets which I bought in the 1990's and despite my best efforts, both are still in one piece and look fine. Hope these jeans lasts as long.

Fish or Foul? I don't care.
At this price I don't really care if they are fake. These fit like 501 look like 501 and feel like 501. The patch seems to indicate some jiggery-pokery... but really if they do the job, who cares? (Apart from Levi-Strauss) I am reasonably certain that these are genuine Levi.

sturdy. However I orderd two pairs but had to ...
These Levis are made in Indonesia and the quality of the denim seems to be as I would expect of 501's, sturdy. However I orderd two pairs but had to return one as one of the fly buttons came apart, I was refunded no problem. There does seem to be some variation in the colour of the stitching on the pockets a minor detail but mentioned by others. Mine all had the correct red tab. To me these 501's are genuine made under licence to Levi's in Indonesia however perhaps the quality control is not quite what it would be in the states. However dont be put off the two pairs I have now seem fine and of good quality and will hopefully last well.

These jeans were not like the original ones
These jeans were not like the original ones. The fit was not good although size was about right. The denim was too thin and these jeans were just not up to the quality mark I expect from Levis. If you pay for a premium product you expect quality and to be honest their are many much cheaper brands of jeans on the market that are as good if not better than these. I am 59 years old and have always been a huge fan of Levis but sadly it seems the brand is slowly losing its image going by many reviews I have read and from personal experience. It's a shame but I think this is what happens when products are made in different factories all over the world.

I did not realise Amazon sold fake knock off
Very cheap...and now I know why...not original Levis..knock off fakes that should be sold in a market stallWhite thread instead of yellowInside leg seam single instead of double stitchMistake on leather patch printingLeg 31” long but jeans are 30 30 on labelCan’t complain too much, half the price but Trading Standards will be informed as they do look very dodgy and Amazon sell as original Levis

Totally misleading ad....Very BAD
This was a total con, for want of a better word. The ad said that it was a pack of 3 pairs of Levis Jeans. But what I got was a single pair of jeans.Amazon customer feed back was unsatisfactory as they tried to just offer me 50% of the cost back when it should have been 2/3rd back to honour the ad statement or send in the other 2 pairs of jeans.Very disappointed .

Levis light blue 501’s Still look new after a year
These levis light blue 501 jeans fit as expected. Little sun on the waist but they loosen after a few washes and my belly goes up and down through the year between 36-38waist. Leg length is a 32” which for me is a touch long and I prefer my levis leg lengths of the 90’s when they used to be 31-31 1/2” but that me being fussy. They’ve been worn and washed over almost a year now and they still look brand new.

Very pleased with these - they fit well and are comfortable
I'm very pleased with these - first pair of Levi 501s that have fitted well enough for me want to buy them since a (sadly no longer available) cream pair I bought in a shop about 25 years ago. These ones are made in Bangladesh - but they seem to be made very well - they fit well and they are comfortable to wear - the only oddity is that the V design on the back pockets is in white stitching rather than the orange I was expecting, but it's been a very long time since I had a pair of dark blue Levi denims and even then they weren't 501s as they had zip-up flies. Anyway, these will make a nice change from the Wranglers I've been buying for the last few years - although I've always liked Wranglers too.

Not as good as they used to be, but still better than the rest.
I have been wearing Levi's for about 15 years. I've seen a lot of people saying that these are not genuine or are of inferior quality, however, these are exactly the same as those purchased in selfridges or debenhams. They're admittedly not as good as they used to be (I've got 2 pairs that lasted about 5-6 years of continual use, they had faded by the end and had torn on the stitching on the crotch and back pockets, but we're still wearable). I have a pair of these I got about 18months ago, as a replacement of the marlin coloured ones which I bought from selfridges and had to take back after 6 months as the crotch was knackered (they replaced them free of charge) and they've had very heavy use. They're still wearable but have faded much quicker and torn on the crotch and one belt buckle on the back. I've had Armani', Lacoste and diesel and these still are much better. It'd be nice if they were as good as they used to be but they're still a decent pair of jean.

Suspected fake!
I have bought two pairs of these Jeans, and I strongly suspect the second pair are fake, firstly the jeans had black cardboard labels, the denim is very light weight, then there's a label stitched inside the waist band that says LEVI'S premium, the leather Levi patch is quite a bit darker than usual, with some classic fake mistakes, and last but not least Levi's red tab has a Capitol E in the spelling, Levi's stopped using the Capitol E in the early 70s... that said they are a nice pair of jeans, but I won't be buying anymore "Levi's" online. In fairness the the other pair seem to be legit
