Better design than Yale. Easy to fit although you'll need hacksaw.
Bought to replace an existing one, same model. Came as described and same as pic. Includes barrel with 3 keys - might sound obvious but don't get a lock/barrel replacement without several keys as increase the cost ++.Easy to fit although you'll need hacksaw to get the metal strip from the barrel to the correct length, which took bit of time as I had to saw off an additional 'segment'. The hacksawing bit takes the longest time but the fitting to the door is simple.I had previously replaced the barrel (cheaper) but the handle came off so I had to replace the main unit. However, much prefer this design to the previous Yale one we had on the front door. This has a plate that screws to the door then the lock unit fixes to this - the Yale bizarrely was fixed to the edge side of the door so each opening pull put tension on the fixing of the lock, gradually pulling it loose. Difficult to describe but suffice to say this seems a better design. Longevity remains to be seen but would buy this type again.

Decent lock, decent price
Direct replacement for a similar model. The last one became a nightmare because the base plate bolted onto the door got bent out of shape (during an attempted burglary - the lock held, the door frame didn't. Get a 'London guard'!) and was never the same thereafter. I hope this one doesn't suffer the same fate. So far so good. This was half the price that the local locksmith wanted for it. It looks quality and the polished steel/chrome look doesn't wear off over time. It is easy to use and pleasing to the touch.

Nice chunky lock
Nice chunky lock with automatic deadlocking so you don't have to give the key a double turn when you leave or use the snib to deadlock from the inside. Door closes smoothly without much force as the strike plate is nicely tapered

Terrible lock, not recommended at all.
After 15 months the top latch won't go in and it's now impossible to close the front door without jiggling it and pushing it down from the inside; we have to use the back door.Not recommended at all, buy a better brand like Chubb.The problem for me is that our timber door has been made to fit this rubbish lock so we have no choice but to buy another.
