Swanson Reishi Mushroom Extract 500 Milligrams 90 Capsules: I got this brand once before when my regular vendor ran out. Now they aren't selling them, so I'll stay with Swanson. Not all brands sell the same quality of reishi mushroom extract. I take it for pollen allergies and general health. (Because of Covid, I wore a mask this spring, which made a big difference in the pollen allergies.) Several broken capsules in 2 different bottles, and the count is by the capsule...10/14/21 - Looks like the new shipment has no broken capsules.

Healthy Hair
I stated taking this for hair loss and hair health and noticed a difference in a little more than a week. I BIG difference in the amount oh hair in the shower and off my brush, like almost none:)

Saved My Life
I have asthma. I got the virus and took this early on. The pressure, the tightening, the pain was all unbearable. I took this and it reduced all of that dramatically. Within a few days I was able to breathe normally again. I originally bought this in 600mg capsules from another seller but its the same brand and potency. I am so grateful.

It is potent and effective for a good price. After taking 1 per day for a week I get a very calm state of mind. It really helps my health. I have not gotten sick in 3 years and my mental health is happy calm and in peace. I can not say enough of how good this product is for your total health.

Changed the formulation!
This has been a great quality product and was highly recommended. Unfortunately, the formula now includes mycelium, diluting the effectiveness of the mushroom. Wish they had not discontinued the former Reishi product.

No noticeable difference
I guess these are supposed to help you with something but I didn't notice any difference from taking them. Probably the same as eating a couple mushrooms from the store. These things are hyped up so much and probably don't really do much but oh well
